We stood for 15 minutes waiting to just be recognized as a customer when the doorman expressly asked if we are here for service or purchase. 5 attendants walked by us back and forth in a small store and a small space IGNORING 3 of us. Only stuck it out because Gad no other time to buy a gift. But literally attendant here needs to have management reconsider how they conduct business and represent their store. Cartier's UK, Italy, US and many others attentive, kind and pleasant. This was the worst experience and a pity it was the only option to get what I needed. Skip it and purchase at Galería or anywhere else Cartier products are sold!

I had the worse experience in customer service at this place. I decided to come here to buy a watch…read moreafter my amazing experience a year before at the New York location. I was attended by a woman named Paloma who was immediately rude and uninterested. I explained which watch I was looking for, which that didn't have but could order. I didn't mind as I really wanted it. She quoted me a price which I promptly jotted down and the reference for the watch. I left and returned to order and place the 10% ordering Payment and she had no idea she claimed who I was, after I might add of having me wait for 30 minutes. I tried to remind Paloma about our previous conversation and she basically suggested I was lying about the price quote and just about everything. I could not believe it. My friend and I could not believe this woman was being so nasty. Nevertheless, I really wanted the watch so I told her to that we could still put the order through, she told me we had to wait a couple of days as the market prices were going to increase. I said no problem and she wrote down all the informant said she would call on Monday.... Never got the call. I decided to go to a competitor to buy the watch and I am sure. Without a doubt that I will never walk into that shop again. Paloma was the most unprofessional shop attendant I have ever met in my life. It was a rather big purchase.
