I have never had the type of service I received here at any Chanel in my life. Disgusting customer service. You're not even allowed to touch a bag or anything. You have to wait for someone to help you. Insane. It's extremely hot in the store and wasn't even offered water. I was buying a bag and they rushed me out and told me maybe I should come back tomorrow. They simply do not care or deserve my hard earned money. Worst customer service ever. The SA not only make faces when we asked questions but also have the audacity to talk with her eyes on the phone. Oh, and when she did give eye contact, she once rolled her eyes. Mind you, we didn't even ask that many questions -- only 3. 1) if there's a Chanel 19 2) which colors they had (I had a specific color in mind...it wasn't available)and 3) if I can look at it just to see how the interior is like so I know whether or not to hunt for this bag in other boutiques. I have never experienced this from any SA from other boutiques before. Her tone of voice is rude and abrupt. The shock factor left me leaving the store speechless and being a foreigner visiting the country, I didn't call her out on this behavior which I now wished I'd done. read more

First thing they asked me when I got in was if i had an appointment , sorry? Then, They asked me to wait in an area until a sales person was free . I tried to walk around to see the exhibition of bags and security stopped me saying that i did not have the right. Sorry again? i spent more than 6000 euros in the Ave. montaigne shop less than a week ago and last summer 24000 in 4 bags in Madrid and i can't walk around the shop to see what i want when they don't ask for health pass to anyone and have limited entry, frankly, not welcoming, not nice and if they are so worried asked for a health pass. DO NOT COME HERE. I was on vacation and came to this store to purchase two bags for family members. The whole time we were there we felt like we were convicts. The security named DAN kept following us and yelling at us for taking pictures of bags when literally everyone else there was also taking pictures. As we were waiting for our bag to be packaged, DAN was staring at my sister and I and making eye contact with the security at the door and laughing. How rude. Also, it took so long for someone to even offer to help us just because we looked like we didn't have money. The whole experience there was terrible and would not recommend this location to anyone, unless you like to be watched, followed, and harassed every move you make. read more

Chanel should be ashamed of having such hideous people work at this location. My nieces went to Barcelona and my sister and I asked them to get us two purses. They were singled out and treated as though they couldn't afford it. If you are going to charge top dollars for your merchandise at least hire decent employees. read more

Came here to buy two purses but only walked away with one because I felt harassed based on how I looked. Dan was very rude and only focused on our group while we were taking pictures with bags we intended to buy even though there was about ten other people in the store. After we made our purchases, he was just staring at us and would look at the door greeter and laugh. Very unprofessional and I wish I could've walked away with the bags I was planning to buy but I felt extremely uncomfortable and harassed by the way Dan would only come towards our group with something to say. Definitely would not come back to this location because of how Dan treated us like thieves instead of customers. read more
