If you are going to the print center bring a pillow and blanket! VERY SLOW!!! Don't waste your time with the shipping center either. They tell you one thing, and when its time to ship the package they informed me I cant use my own plain cardboard boxes? There is something wrong with the only person back there. She sways non stop while you stand forever, while waiting for the simplest request to be fullfilled. I'll never go back to the Alexis Road store! Don't waste your time! read more

Very slow and only one person in print center! Need have more employees when it's 5 or more standing in line!

The store is a decent size but I felt like it was lacking in selection for a lot of the basic office supplies. Also, the people at the shipping desk can apparently not understand more than 1 sentence at a time. I'm understanding when it comes to complex instructions, but ship this to X address and charge Y account are not hard to understand. To top it off the instructions were written on a sheet of paper we handed to them, so even if they forgot what we said we had taken the time to write it down thinking it would make it easier for them. read more

Horrible horrible service. Don't use printing service. Grumpy lady who does not serve those who come first. Printers are all jacked up and take forever. Not a friendly staff at all and again, not sure the point of a line if they are going to stop in the middle of your order and take care of a different customer. read more

this used to be the place to go for electronics and computer hardware. not over priced like best buy and has better value for your money. i went there today to get a set of computer speakers.........one person half greeted me and went back to doing whatever he was oh so busy doing. i tried to find the speakers in the spot they normally are but they dont seem to carry then anymore as i checked every aisle. so just to make myself obvious, i walked around the store and not one person including what looked like a manager said a word. i purposely walked by the manager slowly to see if it'd set off a reaction for help. nope. so i'll just take my money elsewhere. read more

Extremely helpful staff. They came out to my car to get a large box and carry it in for a return. Service was excellent! A great experience!
