Every other print shop, online service, and local competitor I called flat-out said no / either they couldn't handle the volume on short notice, didn't have the capacity, or their turnaround times were days or weeks out. I was starting to panic because the deadline was non-negotiable. Then I walked into Office Depot and met Daniel at the print center. From the moment I explained the situation, he jumped into action with incredible professionalism and efficiency. He didn't hesitate or make excuses, he assessed the job, confirmed the specs, prioritized it immediately, and got the entire order processed and printed flawlessly in just a few hours. His attention to detail was spot-on: colors matched perfectly, binding and finishing were precise, and everything was ready for pickup well before I expected. Daniel's knowledge of the equipment, his calm problem-solving, and genuine willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been a disaster into a huge relief. He communicated every step of the way, kept me updated, and even offered tips to make future jobs easier. The whole experience was smooth, fast, and stress-free, exactly what you hope for in a pinch. I originally ordered a customized stamp and, after picking it up, noticed it appeared too small. I brought this up to a sales associate and was told to give it a few hours for the ink to set and that it would become clearer and appear larger. Unfortunately, it did not. I later returned to the store and was told to bring back the receipt and the stamp so they could make it right. When I came back with both items, Daniel acknowledged that they would fix it, but instead of handling the situation professionally, he scolded me and gave me an unnecessary lecture about customized items being nonreturnable and what I "should have done" differently. I explained that I was following the instructions given to me by their staff, but his attitude was rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. Even though the issue was eventually addressed, the way I was treated was unacceptable. Customer service should never make a customer feel blamed or talked down to, especially when they are acting based on guidance from the store. Because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning to this location.

And they have plenty of supplies, if you don't have your own. Mr. and Mrs. Patel are so helpful! They've gone above and beyond for me on several occasions - including helping me figure out how to nicely print some documents that I couldn't figure out at all. They often have a line in the store because they're the best and everyone goes to them! But no worries, they have a pretty efficient system and handle their customers really quickly. If you're in need of a PO Box, I would highly recommend. They have different rates to fit your needs, and give consistent updates on packages and other relative information, too. You're required to pay for tape, use a specific box, and follow rules that other UPS Stores don't enforce. I tried to return a package using the same box it was originally delivered in, and they still refused to accept it. No clear explanation, just constant pushback and upselling. This does not feel like a standard UPS Store at all. It feels more like a family-run franchise making up their own rules rather than following UPS return policies. If they deny your return, go to another UPS Store. I did, and the other location accepted the exact same box without any issue. Save yourself the time, money, and headache and avoid this location.

As usual, I had a great experience at Impress computers. Was thinking of replacing my old desktop…read more(purchased at Impress years ago)and stopped by to see what they had. Talked to Bruce who was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. Fast forward, a couple of weeks later, I went in to ask about a printer. Again Bruce was very helpful and I purchased a Canon printer from Impress. Took it home and could not get the printer drivers to interface with old desktop. Went to what I believed to be Canon's website (yes, I typed in their site info) for help and somehow got a pop up of a help screen. I stated my problem and they asked for my phone number to better assist me. I hate to admit that I was scammed. I let them take control of my computer to see if they could correct the issue. When it failed for them, they offered to refund me. They wanted for me to go to my bank account to see if the refund had been posted. It was then, a light bulb came on in my head and I thought, I have been scammed. Fortunately, I had logged them out twice. I immediately went to bank and told my story, changed account password just in case. I don't keep account password info in my computer. I went straight to Impress computer with my old desktop and Bruce helped me again. I Bought another refurbished desktop and is having them move data from old to new after they have gone in and removed any viruses that may have been added by the scammers. One quick note. I know we do not like it when they tell us it will take a week or two to get our computers back to us, but we need to give them some slack. They are doing their best to do it right. A small business trying to accommodate a bunch of folks. All Impress folks that I have dealt with have been extremely friendly and accommodating to me. I didn't mean to write a novel.
