The manager told me that there never were two white/ cream chairs on display as I described . My assistant and I both sat in those chairs so there was defiantly two white/ cream chairs. I needed one today so after a very disappointing discussion about his knowledge of chairs I chose a second choice . I asked him if I could take it home today and he rudely said to me that I wouldn't be getting a discount on a display. I never asked for a discount and buy plenty of their toner at full retail. Bottom line I can't have the chair but he will order one oh no thank you Mr. that took 20 minutes to acknowledge me and that was because I went to the front and asked. I come to our local stores to get items as I need them and when they consistently tell me to get it online and treat you rudely. I called the store in seattle I was going to pick it up at and they said they don't have that banner in stock and it was being made regionally and had no further info. I called goofficedepot and they couldn't do anything about the timeframe and said it would be ready on day 11. So I call the Sequim location just to see if they have vinyl banners. I think her name is Samantha, but not sure (she's always there), mentioned they don't have a vinyl banner but have something similar they could make me in my timeframe. She was the only employee to offer an alternative solution and I truly appreciated it.

Prices are ok. Don't see any super deep discounts on the used stuff, but I think it's in line with the competition.
