I walked in to print ONE file on my phone. You have to send to their email and wait for emailed code to print. (USB wouldn't work for some reason). 5 minutes later I get a code but the printer wanted to print the file address not the actual file. So I decided I'd screen shot the file and send that and try to print. 15 minutes later I have yet to receive code. Forget it. It's 2024. Can't believe it has to be this difficult to print a file. read more

What's there to brag on about an office supply store? I guess in having what I needed when I needed it. I needed a silver ink marker for a wedding card. It wasn't as fine as I wanted, but they did have them on sale. I needed a file pocket for some important receipts, also on sale. I needed a small flashlight for emergencies; they had it and it came with batteries. Their retail area seems well-stocked. I had no problems checking out, but there was a bit of a wait due to only one cashier. Something to bear in mind is that sale items aren't marked down until the transaction is totaled. So don't freak out like I did because everything rang up at regular price. It all works out in the end. Recommended for retail merchandise purchases. read more

This store on most occasions is a hit or miss. Either you go and the store is completely empty so you'll get through with whatever service you came to do rather quickly or you come on a day that the whole neighbor hood decides to show up as well then you're in a line being handled by one cashier alone. On top of that the store is filthy with each and every aisle + countertops is filled with enormous piles of dust and I'm pretty sure if you look close enough its on top of the products as well. Clearly management could care less about the business so I can understand why Office Depot appears to be going out of business and if that isn't the case they should invest more money in their staffing in order to set a better impression. read more

Terrible customer service. I walked in at around 8:20 PM on a Thursday night (they close at 9), and stand in line at the scan/copy service desk. I have a large document (200 pages) that I just need scanned to an electronic version because I don't have a large enough scanner to auto feed at home. The lady behind the desk look at me after a minute or so, since she was helping the only other customer in the entire store. She says in a grizzled voice "are you picking up?" I say "no, I just need this scanned." She frowns and loudly exclaims "All that?? Tonight??" She then frowns harder, shakes her head and says nothing else to me for about 10 more minutes as I continue to stand in line. After 10 minutes standing in line, with only those words said, I walked out Keep in mind, they have huge printer/scanners that only require these 200 pages to be placed in the feeder, one button pressed, and this entire document is auto-fed into a single pdf electronic copy in less than 30 seconds. I've done it at this exact Office Depot before. So I have no idea why she reacted that way. What a joke. I'll go to Fed Ex office moving forward. read more

I needed a few presentations printed and bound quickly and the staff in the printing department went above and beyond to help me!! Even after a mistake was made, they were quick to fix it and re-do the printing just how I needed it. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. A+ for customer service! read more

I ordered two pieces of furniture from Office Depot online. Their website claimed my credit card was "invalid". I reentered it, paying careful attention to my account number. Same result. I then switched to my debit card, believing there was an issue with my Discover card. Same result. The next morning I received a text message saying my order was confirmed. (???) Then, I received a back order notice on one item, with the other being delivered timely. Then, a few days later, I received the second item. Then, a few days later received TWO more of the same second item. Finally, after HOURLY email complaints over a 2-day period, the items were picked up-- almost three weeks after delivery, and after several lies that they had attempted to pick up the items that were never removed from my front porch. I have now been waiting an additional 11 days for my refunds. For what it's worth, Discover told me they spend a great deal of time with this same complaint again Office Depot, and advised that the problem was Office Depot's credit card readers were old and worn out. BEWARE!! You have been warned!! Never, ever, ever order from Office Depot online!!!! read more

Management is inexperienced with their own equipment. I couldn't get a simple business card made and ordered. Managed to get everything done in Vista Print in all the time it took them to figure out their equipment. Not to mention the manager could tell his associate was struggling and didn't make any move to help her. I wouldn't expect any expert help here. read more

I used the services at the Print & Copy shop... I had a small copy job and was waiting on it... Employee Karen asked me to drop it off and she would call when ready.... then she told me that if a smaller job arrived that she would have to stop mine to do that one --- huh?!!! I am standing right here waiting and she may take the next customer ahead of me?!!! WOW! When she returned my items they were out of order. I have been using this Office Depot for copy jobs for awhile but I will go somewhere else next time. read more

Went to get some needed supplies at a good price. Found some items that were supposed to be on sale according to the sale tags around the store, only to find out that they put the items in the wrong place/tagged the item wrong. You think you're paying a certain price for something and turns out to be more than you expect. The girl at the counter was not helpful. Not going back to this location. read more

Management here has done such a wonderful job of cutting their labor cost that there is no one at the register or the copy center to ring you up when you need help. I drove all the way here from Cypresswood to stand around for 20 minutes and watch one employee try to run four different areas of the store. This is clearly a management issue and not an employee issue. Not only did I leave everything that I had in my basket and walk out of the store, but I will never drive across town again to spend my money in a store where the manager does not recognize the balance between Customer Service and labor cost. read more

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff who seem to resent that anyone would dare to disrupt their day with a simple request for help. These people at this store are great. Our new computer had a weird glitch - nobody's fault- but we took it back in there and Jennifer and Michelle got it working again. They are very competent and helpful and smiled the whole time. A nice experience. They are very dependable. read more

I went to use the self serve copy machines twice in three days. Both times one machine was out of order and the other had no paper or toner. Figured out that these machines are not repaired or restocked so they can charge more for full service copies. read more

This is not for the store itself but for officedepot.com The website promises next day delivery but cannot keep its promise. I have had to contact them twice about an order that was never delivered, was promised to be reordered and that never happened as well. They have lost a customer both on-line and in-store as I will not deal with a company that doesn't stand on their promises. read more
