She kept me on hold for 20 minutes and told me the Vice President refused to help us unless we paid our bill. We have 6 copy machines here. First off, this is the first review I've ever made. As a business owner myself, I try to give the…read morebenefit of the doubt, however, in this case it's warranted to warn others. When I first agreed to do business with Morris, I was very clear I would not be signing any service contract that obligated me for any length of time in the event I chose to discontinue the use of the machine the service contract was for. This was not my first transaction like this and I know how it works. The Morris team assured me several times the only time element of the contract was specifically associated with the rate I was being charged. The rate would not change for the time period of the contract but that I was not bound to the time frame of the contract. Well that turned out to not be true. I decide to make a change on the business hub I was using and therefore required a new service contract with a new company. This all took place well over a year ago. I have emailed many times reiterating the details and requesting a call. No response. I left many voicemails requesting a call back. No response other than to continue sending invoices. Finally just recently I received a call back from the new controller, who was completely clueless of the circumstances and has since sent the matter to collections. I have impeccable credit and will fight this to the very end. If for nothing more than the principal of it and the total arrogance and lack of integrity that's been displayed.
