Today I got in line to wait to use the copy machine. There was no one in line just me. There was a broken copy machine. As I look up there are 3 people on the other side. An employee told me to get behind those people. I asked where they here before me? He said he they had new line system. He also yelled at me when I was asking a question in a state of confusion so my voice was low. So I left went to another copy store. I won't be back until they're going out of business sale! Also I will be buying my own printer & copy machine to avoid such nasty employees. read more

If zero stars was an option, that's what I would give. The most ignorant, rude women I've ever dealt with in my life. FYI- you can't get prints same day, unless it's before 2pm. If you want to pump ahead the several people waiting (not one machine was running- it was the fact they were about to close- I was there at 5:30, they close at 7)- there was not one person waiting, you have to pay an additional 25% on your order. Do yourself a solid... don't bother going to this location. They're all probably pissed they have to conquer that ridiculously designed parking lot every day... that, or they missed their take homes. Went there yesterday to get a spiral booklet printed and was told it wouldn't be ready until they closed at 9 pm. Told the MANAGER I needed it for a zoom presentation in the early evening. She said they were all backed up with online orders in their cue - this was at 1:30 pm and I said obviously you dont know how to manage your employees or their time efficiently. That store will close in due time and they will all be out of a job. The worst customer service. read more

Place is untimately sloppy and not pleasant to look at on the inside. Too many boxes, aisles are very small, and prices are very high. Wound up spending $25 for stuff that I could buy for less than $20 altogether at Staples. Lines are very slow, even if there's only one person in front of you. Not many check-out lines either. I'm not a fan of asking for help, and apparently the staff here aren't huge fans of offering help... Which led to me circling the entire store 3 times. Luckily I wasn't in a hurry. Well stocked for back to school. Clearance items I wanted were not clearly priced so I didn't get them. I have a love-hate relationship with this Office Depot. In light of that, I will start with the great, positive things about this Office Depot: 1. The price for the products I buy are excellent. I only use this Office Depot for their print shop, which I get large boards printed on foamcore for work. $36.00 for a large 24 x 36" board on foamcore is a great price. I am serious when I say that, as it is about half the price of other Print Shops. 2. It is conveniently located near where I work. Your mileage may vary on this one, but it's only a short drive away at Golden Ring. 3. If the posters from the Print Shop are done right - they look great. 4. E-mailing my print orders in (not all OD's will let you do this anymore) is much easier than navigating their terrible online ordering system. Now, I have plenty negative to report back from this Office Depot. I will curb it and share only my productive points: 1. There is never enough staff in the Print Shop. When you go to pick up your print job, expect to wait at least 15 minutes on line. 2. I don't know if it's user or equipment error but there is always something that needs to be corrected before I walk out. Either there are lines across the print; prints aren't properly adhered to the foamcore; etc. You need to thoroughly check your final product before walking out. My final thought on this Office Depot is that I can get over the small issues, but I always verify for accuracy and order ahead of time in case issues arise. read more

I had to have some invitations printed. I'm very printing illiterate and just asked the young person behind the counter on 1/12/19 @5:30pm a question, she answered very rudely and I said something immediately to her and she didn't apologize or even acknowledge me speaking. I thought may be it was me, but the next person also asked her a question and she was rude to her also...more so than me! I usually use the Joppa road location, but while they are always busy, they are never rude and inpatient. I live closer to the Rosedale location, but will go to the Parkville location just for the customer service! read more

I am there at least once a week. The copier lady is great! I use my store purchasing number and save at least 40%. No problems with this location at all. read more

They are the least helpful people. I tried to ship 2 suitcases and they informed me that ups does not ship suitcases they have to be in a box. However, they do not carry any boxes large enough for a suitcase. Again, super helpful. read more
