Antonio greeted us and was friendly and low-key genuinely just wanting to help us with no pressure. The value for the items we got was unbelievable. Most items had very minor wear (a scuff on a chair, a couple of minor scratches on glass tops). We got a dining set, outside bistro set, a coffee table that looked like one from a major designer and a beautiful TV console table. Most importantly our daughter loved being able to pick out pieces knowing she wasn't going to break our bank. Oh and Antonio (along with another man I am sorry I didn't get the name) helped us load our trailer. Highly recommend this store! And lastly, I wish I had know. Customer service here gets an A+. In terms of selection, they have everything you need to furnish your place at pretty great prices as well. Bedroom sets, rugs, bookshelves, dining tables, desks... even cute decor items like lamps, paintings and sculptures for livening up your place. They have a lot of discounts for used items that are basically good as new, so you can get really good deals here. Pretty much everything you see here is for sale too. Even the TV's on the stands that I thought were just for display are for sale at some really low costs. They also have the option to rent what you see if you're in a more temporary living situation. I've had nothing but good experiences here. I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. I highly recommend this place.

If you need something for your office or home office, you may be able to get a deal on a desk or chair if you were already looking. As of the first week of January 2026, most of the stuff was 10-15% off so no real savings. Things like stickers were the only things I saw at a much higher percentage. The staff was friendly and I walked up and down every aisle looking for a deal and left empty handed. They said the store was closing in February 2026 so maybe in a few weeks, the sale items will be cheaper.

There was one last laptop labeled "Broken" and one remaining Lenovo tablet, both still priced way too high above $125. Though signs indicated discounts of up to 80%, the red pens and accordion folder we took to the register rung up much higher than the advertised discount so we didn't buy them. The employees were pleasant despite the grim atmosphere. Goodbye to the place we bought a laptop cooling fan mat that one time.

I took my new PC here after I was done building it because I was not having luck with turning it on. After a day of looking at the system and even trying it with their parts to see if anything worked, I was told the power supply was fried and may have fried the other components. They recommended I RMA all the parts to get new ones from the manufacturers and try again. I did exactly that, but was sent back all the original parts with statements saying they were working. The employees stated if I brought it back to them they would put it together for me and load windows, for a price of course. Once I got all my parts back, I put it together again, and had the same issue. After consulting one of my buddies who also built their own PC, it was found that I had the front panel connector on the wrong set of pins. The Motherboard I have was a little confusing on where to put the connectors which is why this happened. I went to a few and some stores didn't have much of a selection and others didn't have anything that fit my size requirements (doorway width and I needed a long desk for workspace). A couple tried to steer me to new furniture actually inferring I couldn't afford a new desk. Being in sales myself, that was a tactic I'd never seen before. And then I found N & N had a FB ad. I messaged them on a Sunday (I was moving and needed it by Thursday). David responded in a few minutes. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me their flyer and their address. I went to the warehouse on Monday. The two ladies in the front (I didn't get their names) were very nice. David came out and walked me through the warehouse. He spent a lot of time with me. He knew what I needed and I found the perfect desk and cabinet. I couldn't believe how great prices! We then arranged delivery. Jorge and Mike showed up on Thursday and did an incredible job negotiating corners and a hallway. They even plugged in my power strip so I would be able to use the (I don't know what they are called) the holes on the top of the desk! They did it in no time and couldn't have been nicer and polite guys. I found out that N & N is a family run company, I think, for about 30 years! If you are looking for used or new (they also have a great selection of new office furniture) don't do anything until you see these folks. Shortly, I am opening an office and I will look nowhere else. Thanks, David, and everyone at N & N for a great experience! So I had to let the worker do it for me behind the desk with their copy machines. The 1 woman in that dept. had no clue how to make copies in a professional manner. She screwed up my very clear instructions in about 4 different ways. Made color when I said black and white. Made TWO each when I said ONE each. Made small jpgs BIG. Made big ones not fit on the page... Shall I go on? Not sure if she was high or dumb, but something was up with her. Cost me $10 to make around 30 pages of copies. WTH??! I will say this: the woman was very nice. Just had no clue what she was doing. Day 2: The woman from yesterday forgot 2 documents I gave her to copy. So I had to go back again. (A 20 min drive.) I went back, this time there were 2 women behind the counter, not the one from yesterday. "Good!" I thought. But noooo. The woman I got didn't even know how to open up a USB drive. She struggled while I waited and finally her supervisor came over and helped her. She then managed to make the copies. Doesn't Office Depot do ANY testing or interviewing or they just hire the first person who applies without any concern as to whether they know HOW to do the job? So okay, now I got all my copies ready. I go to buy an 8x10 envelope to put them in. OFFICE Depot does not have this basic office supply! They had only big packages of 10 or 12, no individual envelopes at all. (I know they USED to let you buy just one.) So okay, I struck out again with Office Depot. Then I go to pay for my 2 pages I had copied. Cashier: "That'll be $2.50." Me: "WHAT??!!" Yes, she assured me there is a $2.50 minimum charge for making a copy for me. I shook my head in disbelief and disgust. All I can say is this: I WILL NEVER EVER GO INSIDE AN OFFICE DEPOT AGAIN. Oh, one more thing! I wanted to buy some clips to hold a bunch of copies together. They wanted $8 for them! WHAT???! Are they made of gold?? or what? I went to the local DOLLAR STORE and found the exact same clips for $1.25! So go ahead and waste your time and money at Office Depot if you want, but not me!
