Every time I come to this location, the employees are so inattentive and unhelpful. When asking where a certain item is that just say "over there on the wall" or when you ask if they have something specific they say "we only have what is on the shelf." OKAY well I don't know anything about this store! Isn't it your job to be helpful?? This is the 4th or 5th time that this has happened here and even though we live only 0.7 miles from this location, we will NEVER be back. read more

I shop here out of sheer convenience. Well, as of now, it's no longer convenient. We all know printer ink is a rip-off. Printers are cheap but ink isn't. I came in here to buy ink and a new chair mat for my wood floors. I was told by an employee that they would match pricing (even internet pricing) if it was the exact same item. So, I get my stuff, go to the front to pay, and then I'm told, "Oh, we match Amazon pricing only if it isn't Amazon Prime pricing." What? I have a marketing degree. I understand the difference between an advertised price on Amazon and a Prime price on Amazon. They would not match it because it's not an advertised price because I pay an annual fee for Prime membership. I also pay a membership fee to shop at CostCo and Sam's Club but yet they will match those prices. These big retail stores need to revamp their policies or they are going to put themselves out of business. They just lost my business permanently. read more

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. It's right down the road from my office so it's convenient and I've tried to go several times but their customer service is Horrendous!! Every single time I've been in, I walk or angry and disappointed, and most of the time I can't find what I need. They will go out of their way to AVOID helping the customer. You're better off going to Staples or Wal Mart for supplies and Fed Ex for printing!! If I would give 0 stars I would. read more

This is for the store on I45 in Oak Ridge North. If I could leave a zero or negative feedback rating I would. Since this store was merged with Office Max the variety and most certainly the customer service has taken a nose dive. I was just at this location to purchase a printer for my daughter's college dorm room. The desk clerk was busy, but called another sales staff member to come answer questions. They were busy and short handed. We waited for him to help the elderly couple purchase an office chair for 20 minutes. This sales clerk then proceeded to take a personal phone call on his cell & walked to the back of the store. When he finally came back to the front, Instead of asking who had called for help 20 minutes ago, he walked right up to 2 men who had just walked up & helped them before us and was going to check them out. I guess 2 women (us) did not look like we needed to buy anything. Needless to say, I was really disgusted that we were not even acknowledged having stood there forever. We purchased the items we already had in hand and left. This store lost a printer sale because the store clerk was a complete idiot. Other employees in the store stood by and watched. No one seemed to care. I won't be making any more purchases here, & I live here in the neighborhood right behind your store. I'll go to Best Buy where they don't ignore their customers. read more

I went in to have flyers printed for a non-profit event. The women who worked there were beyond amazing helping me with a banner and also individual flyers to put in the bags. Highly recommend them!! I will be back for any design needs in the future!!! read more

I believe this is the fourth time I have been in this store. I kept giving it a chance thinking, maybe it will get better, well it hasn't. Store is messy and dirty feeling, most of the employees look about the same as the store, customer service is almost nonexistent, definitely not enough employees because you have to wait in line forever to check out or at the copy center to place or pick up an order. Their selections are ok, not great. Today's adventure was that I went to pick up some supplies and a rubber stamps that I ordered. I walked around a picked up some supplies and while I was towards the back of the store there were two and then three guys at one point standing in the doorway of what I believe is the store room talking very loudly and cussing. I heard more about some body's staff infection than I care to know about, I heard about how "that dude did me wrong and you know it" which just made me shake my head and more "F" words than I could even count. It was unbelievable! I decided to hurry up, get what I needed and get out of there. So I go over to pick up my rubber stamps. The girl could not find my stamps and I ended up finally finding them on top of the counter with no paperwork, but at least I found them. One of the stamps was wrong AGAIN! This is the second time. When I explained it was wrong the girl shrugged her shoulders and put her hand up and said "I didn't do it". Really????? I finally just took the stamp to see if I could get it to work for what it was needed it for because I just couldn't stay in that store anymore, I was about to lose it. read more
