Never looked at reviews on this location. Went there multiple times to print. Like there service and the price.

Honesty is extremely important to me, and this business is as honest as it gets! I had a problem…read morewith my computer that I could not figure out (when I usually can figure most things out) so I took it in and had good conversations with David and Ross, both of whom were very nice and clearly knowledgeable. I was trying to calculate what it would cost me if different hardware had to be replaced and braced for the worst. But to my surprise when I returned Ross said that there were no problems that he could find. Having never had this type of problem before, it turned out that the problem was with my monitor screen. For years I had been turning it off at night but never unplugged it (which had to happen to let the capacitors discharge completely to fix this problem). It would have been easy to take advantage of me by claiming that this that or the other needed to be replaced but that just did not occur. I highly recommend this business!!!

For the normal person with no computer knowledge and want some special treatment or a window into…read morethe computer world I would recommend. My personal experience: I had a VERY specific issue and unfortunately it was MY fault that the issue even happened with my PC. However they could not fix my problem, and charged me for diagnosing without ANY communication about starting or anything regarding diagnosis (I called later in the day I dropped my PC off, no sort of work was done, I called two days later, no sort of work was done, I showed up the next day and supposedly once talking face to face there was a bunch of diagnosing done, and my problem was NOT able to be fixed) If I knew then what I knew now I would have saved money, time, and sanity. Also very bad timing with when I brought it in, they were swamped so I will give them that. If you want communication, it has to be done in person... just saying. Quite literally show up and talk to the guys, they are VERY nice, got nothing against them, just communication is poor over the phone, or at least between workers (person who picks up phone and person who works on PC)

So they ordered a replacement phone which was used and had a degraded battery also and then wanted me to give them my old phone. when I said no, I was literally chased out of the store and the guy was shouting trying not to let me leave because he wanted my cell phone??? then they made me pay them $50 more to leave with my old phone. So I have now spent over $200 and I'm in a worse situation than before. plus it was a traumatic experience and I will file a formal complaint and take legal action. That was no way to treat a customer.

Went back and solution was to keep restarting the iphone to reset it. Afterwards noticed horizontal lines blinking across, no reset for thsi issue possible. No matter what, the screen clarity, colors doesn't come close to original Apple. Was told that could pay additional fee ($325 initial + $250) to get the better quality screen. Apparently there are different quality screens that can be offered. Refused to keep throwing good money after bad and interesting enough, the Apple store had original screen for $325. Guess it is end of season for last year model and dropped price for screens to get rid of them Lesson of the day: check prices and gain clear understanding with questions what are you getting into. Vendor will not offer without prompting the story about "various quality levels" for screens available or that you may get stuck with lines or screen colors/clarity is not what you are used to.
