I had a good previous experience with this location - but oh, that was then. This is now…read more Every year I design and print photo calendars for my family: five in total. I spend a lot of time and money on them (paper and ink jet cartridges are NOT cheap). The only thing I need done when I'm finished is to have them bound with simple, spiral wire along the top. I had been going to the Staples at I45/Cypresswood for binding, but when I drove over recently to have the calendars bound, I discovered Staples had closed permanently. So, due to my previous good experience here (along with the location since I was already in the area), I swung over to Office Depot. I should have kept driving back home. Line was super long when I came in at about 1:20 in the afternoon. No one else in the store except everyone waiting at the copy center, with sadly only one employee manning that area. Finally my turn, explain what I want done. Leave my name and phone number and I'm told they'll call me when complete, but because I got here before 2 PM, they would be ready the same day. Price went up - nearly $5 per binding! Shocked about that, but, whatever . . . At 6:30 PM, I hadn't received a call. Call them. Not done yet! But they will be ready by 7, or so they said. Decided to pick them up the next day, but I figured I would get a confirmation call that the job was complete. No call. Ever. Drove by the next morning and waited in line a good 20 minutes just to pick these up, because once again there was a huge line and only one person working. Oy vey! Last time I'll be coming here. While they did get them done correctly, multiple other factors have convinced me I need to go elsewhere next year.

Company was referred to us after a poor experience with the previous copier repair company we've…read moreused in the past. When I called the company I explained our situation and that we even knew what part needed to be replaced but wanted to have the entire machine serviced and cleaned. Rep came out examined the machine explained he could get the part I was looking for for over twice the cost I had found online. Explained to the Rep that we would be happy to have him perform our maintenance, do a through cleaning, and inspect and possibly replace our rollers that most likely was causing the paper jams, but that I would still order the part I told him we needed in the first place online since it was $250 less. Today was the day he was to come out and do the inspection and cleaning of the machine and even called to confirm he would be coming out around 1pm. He did not show up, called and did not speak with our office manager, when I returned the call could not reach anyone. Then at 4:30pm received a call being chastised for ordering the replacement part online and that he would not be servicing our equipment due to this. So upon my initial experience, he seemed knowledgeable and eager for the job. But after todays experience I would not recommend this company to any business that is needing issues corrected or regular maintenance performed.
