Always great printing service! Tried to FedEx perishable and they do not take perishable. Nothing over 90#. And NO QR CODES. They gave me card for the one in Bryant that does take what I'm shipping. Super sweet. read more

They all have a big attitude problem and all of them including the manager Jennifer at the Viera store are extremely rude. Try Staples or any other office store if you want cheaper prices and quick service without an attitude. I tried to place a print job at Office Depot and was told he could have the the order done in an hour and it would be $137.00. When I questioned why it was so high, I was told to do the order on line it would be cheaper. So I went home to place the order on line, it was $20.00 cheaper, but I was going to have to wait 3 - 5 days to have the print job completed. I couldn't wait 3-5 days, so I went back to the store and the guy I was dealing with in the print shop was gone. When I explained everything to the girl behind the counter, she said; it's going to take that long even if I ordered it in the store. When the manager came out I explained the situation to her and without even looking to see how many orders they had, she said the same thing, her attitude was we don't need your business, take it or leave it. Thankfully, I ended up at Staples in Melbourne. The same print job at Staples was $25.04 and it will be ready the next day. read more

I've been a customer of Office Depot for nearly 30 years and have usually worked with a wonderful heavy set guy named John. He's great, knows the work and good with customers. But unfortunately he no longer works many hours. This new crew in the printing area has given me no indication of caring at all, just horrible. I thing whoever does the hiring needs to start over. I don't see how this new group could be doing anything but hurting business. The two black girls in the afternoon printing were down right rude to me. So, even after being a customer for almost 30 years I will not be going back. I think I'll try Petus Workplace Solutions at Rodney Parham and 12th Street instead. read more

Saying the employees are rude is an understatement. I was completely ignored when I asked for assistance, and screamed at when I accidentally went to the wrong printer. read more

Now office depot is a certain kind of store....you expect office supplies, and not much else. I had a great experience, however. Right away, I was offered assistance by 3 different people, but not in an obnoxious way. I received helpful friendly advice on buying the printer I wanted, and the checkout experience was fast and friendly. A nice gentleman even took my cart out to the car for me with no prompting, and I haven't had that done in years! I would highly recommend this location for all of your business needs! read more

Terrible customer service. You would think they would bend over backwards for an $800.00 sale. Three employees, one wouldn't get off the phone, another who was new and couldn't properly work the register, and the manager who had trouble with using the system to get the products and would not go in the back to pull part of the order, which left us waiting 45 minutes for the first employee to get off the phone. read more
