Nope, wont do that, asked if I could buy a whole other set and get discounted for the value of the single bottle? Nope, they wouldn't do that. The girl called for a manager. A guy named Cedric came and refused to help. In fact, he had a HUGE chip on his shoulder over the situation, in spite of the fact that I brought the packaging with it with the barcode and he could have easily got another sale out of it. I went back a few weeks later and the same manager was staring at me like I was a shoplifter or something. It was awful. I absolutely won't be back, but that's probably how they want it. I was treated how you would treat someone who you wanted to know you didn't want them back. I didn't have my receipt (I had the card I paid with, which they wouldn't look up, even though I literally returned an item like a decade ago, and thats EXACTLY how they looked up my purchase). I found the receipt once I got home, but didn't bother going back. It literally wasn't worth the gas at that point to make a second trip. Their prices are ludicrous too. You think, oh prices are going up because the cost to ship is going up, but they've literally retagged items that were already in the store with higher prices. Very slimy vibe.

I was most drawn to their collection of large area rugs at decent prices and floor length mirrors. Keeping this place in my back pocket for those items. That being said, I can still find lower priced rugs and mirrors elsewhere online. The rest of the store feels a little cluttered and chaotic. There are overhead signs to guide you which is helpful, but it felt a bit like you'd have to hunt for items on shelves as everything was packed close together. This could be fun though when you have more time and want to search for the perfect piece! I don't get the impression that this would be my go to or one stop shop if I had specific home goods I wanted or needed, but an option for browsing and being surprised by something fun.

The oldest was holding what she picked out, while I was fishing out the things that the other 2 had thrown in the cart , without understanding our budget, and I had found a circular container full of sponges to place the unwanted items until I figured out what I was keeping. When, she dropped a glass water bottle that she planned to purchase,and it broke on the floor. I quickly gathered up the kids and moved out of the way for the manager to clean up the glass. About a minute later, as we were getting ready to check out, the same female, brunette manager called out to me about screaming, all pissy, if you didn't want these items, you have to bring them to the counter and give them to us! Now I have to put these back! I don't know why she was so upset. But, she didn't have to make a scene. My granddaughter 8, who was birthday shopping for herself too. Was mortified I won't be shopping there again. It's the holiday, so I understand that people are edgy.

There's a bit of everything in here, perfect for finding a gift for a friend, family, or a partner, or a little goodie for yourself. They've got beautiful art prints from independent artists, handmade ceramics, plus stationery, a bangin' candle section, lovely housewares and textiles like throws, pillows, and tea towels, plus jewelry, the list goes on and on. Plus when you shop here you're really shopping small, because most of what they carry falls into that category. For the first time ever we tried the Tire Center at Costco. Purchased 2 new tires almost 3 weeks…read moreago & scheduled for installation (as required). Were told tires would arrive "in a few days". After I didn't hear back, I called. Tires were still not in. A few days later they called to say tires had arrived. (3 weeks later) Dropped car at 3:30pm was told they would finish 1 hour to 1hour & 15 minutes. An hour later I received a call to say they'd just pulled car in. Were told in addition to the 2 front worn tires that both rear tires were "damaged" - one with a nail and the other with a tear in side wall. I know it sounds crazy, but an automotive place had just serviced the car as well, I glanced at but never saw this damage prior to dropping off the car. Also felt like this was quite a coincidence that the 2 "best" tires with tread were now "damaged" and also needed to be replaced. No accusation here just suspicion. Costco suggested we buy all 4 new tires at ticket price of about $170 each. (For a 2009 Honda accord so not the biggest tire) The situation felt off/odd - so I phoned my partner. My partner Recommended we keep to original plan and have them replace the two (rear) damaged tires now in place of the 2 (front) worn tires. We asked if they would place the 2 new tires on front while replacing the damaged since vehicle is front wheel drive; they said "no" they couldn't do that because.....? 2 different people told me 2 different reasons why they could not do this. Two hours later I retrieve the car but also voiced my concern about longer than anticipated wait time, the apparent attempt to upsell us, & discrepancy regarding why. I have mixed feelings because Costco reportedly is maintaining its DEI policy (vs many other retailers who backed down) But I couldn't help wonder whether I would have experienced same treatment had I : 1)been a man 2) been not a Black or BIPOC person 3) been a white male. I appreciate that the tire center manager was nice and tried to assure me of honest best practice. The customer service manager, though, had a much less concerned and more nonchalant attitude. Also while custom framing is an investment, Phoenix has many different options (e.g. they even have a 3rd type of glass so you're not stuck with either REALLY expensive museum glass or nothing). Inconsiderate business owners…read more I mistakenly parked in this businesses parking lot (after their business hours) as a first time guest at a neighboring business. I was gone for no more than 30 minutes and they placed three full-size sheets of paper with adhesive on the back of them on my vehicle. The paper was a warning about being towed if I park there again, which I completely understand. Why on earth do they need to place adhesive on the back of the paper? THREE? One on the driver window, one on the passenger window, one on the windshield in front of the driver. These papers are intentionally rip apart so taking them off requires goo gone and while I successfully did it if this happened to an elderly person they would be screwed. Genuinely inconsiderate people. A paper on the wiper would serve the same purpose. Would not recommend shopping from people who treat others this way.
