On top of all this, the food was absolutely delicious! During the planning process, Jim was kind and accommodating - all in all, a delight to work with. In addition to phone calls and emails, he came out to our venue multiple times to ensure that a plan was in place and that all city requirements were met. The only area which could have been improved was speeding up throughput through the buffet by making it double-sided. However, with the otherwise exceptional service from Jim and his team as well as the fantastic food, they are very deserving of a 5-star rating!

The cake had a special message to celebrate my nephew's acceptance into a sought after school, and I requested gold writing stating "Congratulations Declan." I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff member who assisted me, and we had a good discussion about the occasion. I was not shown the cake before paying, it was boxed and taped and i was on my way. However, upon opening the cake at home for the surprise announcement party, I was very disappointed to see that the writing went down the side of the cake. Had I been informed that the message "Congratulations" was too long, I would have gladly opted for a shorter version such as "Congrats Declan." I have heard wonderful things about your bakery, which is why I chose to stop by, and I had high expectations for the quality of the product delivered. I believe it's important for a bakery of your reputation to ensure that every order meets the standards that your customers expect. On a side note I have had the subs and assorted bakery items from the Burlington location. I do recommend this location.
