Bobby took great care of us!! Drinks were delicious. Food portions were generous, tasty, and came out quickly. Loved the view. Could have come here everyday if it wasn't so far from my hotel. I asked the bartender to move so I could take a photo and she took my phone and made an awesome video instead! Woohoo. I little piece of quiet paradise here. Highly recommend.
This bar is unbeatable. Open air, ocean views, copious seating options, attentive servers, frequent live music. Honestly the perfect resort lobby bar. Keoni was our bartender and we absolutely loved him!!!!
Off the Lip in the lobby of the Ritz Carlton Turtle Bay is a must try! I had to go back our 2nd night to get the clams again and trying to figure out when I'll be back. As you enter the hotel the bar is located to your left. You seat yourself at any table and staff come and take your drink + bites orders. 1st night Patrick took care of us and the 2nd night Pua, both of them are the best! Live music playing from 6pm to 9pm just gives good vibes with ocean views and fire pits.

Sunset here is incredibly beautiful and is a must see! The menu offers light bites and cocktails. The steamed clams we ordered, paired with a cold beer, were a perfect match with the glowing sunset. If you're visiting the North Shore, I highly recommend stopping by Off The Lip to experience one of Hawaii's most beautiful sunsets.
Located in the lobby area at The Ritz-Carlton O'ahu, Turtle Bay. Fabulous customer service from our Server. Definitely a busy evening. All three appetizers arrived within five minutes. Napkins and water refills were automatically provided. She checked to see if we enjoyed our food from time to time. Local Poke Nachos featured light, crispy wonton chips that held a lot of cubed, fresh ahi drizzled with unagi sauce, topped with spicy mayo, furikake, and tobiko. Truffle Fries tasted light with truffle oil and freshly shaved Parmesan. Chicken Wings with house hot sauce exuded a hint of heat and complemented the ranch sauce. Carrot was very appealing and great for calming taste buds. Casual or resort attire. Would return for cool ambiance.
Second time here and the service has been top notch. The view is breathtaking, especially towards sunset. Can't say enough about the staff and it's been about a year and a half since last time we were here and the vibes are immaculate. Last time we ordered the cheese plate and that's no longer on the menu so we settled for the crab dip. It comes out in a cute, little skillet with shrimp chips. Perfect for two!

Always a must whenever we're at turtle bay resort. The view alone is a million dollar view. Great little break grabbing a drink and watching the waves or catching the sunset with the light reflecting along the pool area. Just sitting there and having a cocktail is all worth it. Depending on day, there's live music as well. Plenty of seating along the bar area, the outdoor sofa area as well as indoor seating. Drinks are great and very friendly bartenders. A must....

It's located at the lobby area of turtle bay resort and provides stunning view of the resort and ocean. At night the fire is lit on the edge of the water and the atmosphere is super chill. We sat the bar and it also provides full food service. The poke nacho and the clam is very good. It's very relaxing by the bar and staring at the fire.
Amazing ambiance sitting on the water's edge as the sun sets, sipping a cold cocktail and munching on some snacks. Literally the largest order of truffle parmesan fries I've ever seen, and they were so good too. The ceviche was delicious as well, but a little pricey for the quantity. Incredible service with the perfect amount of attention! Oh we also got the turtle cheesecake and may be going back again just for that because it was so. Good. Overall we had a great experience and will likely be stopping by again for cocktails/snacks while we're here!
Okay, we frequent the north shore. We are there about 3 times a year- with that said, we have our go to spots. Out of our normal character, we decided to pop up to Turtle Bay to grab a nice glass of wine. We walked in to Off the Lip, what a great experience. Honestly the bar staff was great, the ambience was absolutely stunning and clean... behind the bar infinity fountain trimmed with a fire rim and the ocean roaring behind it. The ambience was amazing. There was plenty of seating at the bar or intimate dim lit tables with an array of seating selections. It was like a grand lobby with eclectic seating strewn all over with live music to boot- lit up by a giant gorgeous Christmas tree. Aside from tailoring to my finicky wine palette, the bar staff were beyond amusing and entertaining throughout the whole night. I even opted for a port, which was not on their menu, but one of the gentleman ran up to the fine dining restaurant and brought a bottle back to the bar to which the crowd par-took in. All in all it was a pleasure to visit- oh! Ps. The ahi and not to sound basic, but the coconut cake were amazing!

So pretty in here! I highly recommend coming to this gorgeous bar! We had their li hing rimmed lilikoi margaritas. They were so fresh tasting & delicious. Our server had the best demeanor! What a lovely human! All around our time here was simply Grand! read more
If I could give it zero to negative stars I would. I find it so interesting that an establishment located in Hawaii, who banks off the hard work and land of indigenous AAPI people would be so blatant in ignoring their Asian customers. I came here on a relatively slow Wednesday night and sat down at the bar. Not a single person asked how we were or looked in our direction. Didn't even glance at us. They walked past us multiple times made direct eye contact and chose to ignore it. We sat for over 10 minutes Plato f eyes tag with these people. I expect this from mainland sure. But the Ritz is commercializing off of POC and treating us like shit. read more

Came here for a late night, snack and drinks yesterday night. Me and my family were staying at the hotel. The food was really good as were the drinks, but the service was terrible. Our waitress was a white blonde woman who was super rude to my sister and gave our whole family dirty looks. Don't know what was up with that, but that should definitely be fixed. read more

Cool lobby bar at Turtle Bay! Sunset, fire pits, couches and live music. However, the music isn't island music, chill tunes but I expect some island entertainment? I ordered a Negroni the first night; not bad! But the red wine sits on the counter all day and by 9:30pm it's sour! I expect more from the Ritz. read more

This place is great. There is a new Chef and he is amazing. I understand he is further changing the menu as Turtle Bay Resort where the restaurant is located is now owned Ritz Carlton. It's a great menu with excellent execution. I am excited to see the menu evolve. Our server, Sara, was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic to discuss the food. It is better than Roy's which is also excellent (located on the Turtle Bay property as well). We were stuffed but made room for the banana cream pie. read more

The view at sunset is unmatched. There are comfy lounge chairs and a large seating area with cushions where you can enjoy the breeze and order food. There are speakers that play music so you can just relax. When it gets too chilly, there is a fire place you can turn on and warm up with. The service is quick and friendly! We had less than a 10 min wait time for our fries, and the food was great as well. I would definitely recommend stopping by to have a relaxing night. read more

Britney makes your experience wonderful. A super cute place to enjoy a little appetizer and some Prosecco or Chardonnay to enjoy the sunset. This is a beautiful setting for cocktails at sunset located at the Turtle Bay Resort. We arrived at 5pm and there was plenty of available seating with great views. Brittany was our server and was so cheerful and attentive. We had a bottle of Chardonnay and ordered the Poke Nachos. The serving was generous and delicious with plenty to share between two. read more

Super beautiful area at Turtle bay in the lounge. Custom circular couches with a fire pit over looking an infinity pool that over looks the ocean. It's magical. There's usually someone playing a guitar/singing for an extra special time. On thing they serve small apps it's not a spot for dinner ect. Basically chill lounge are for drinks and apps. We happened onto this location after searching for a dinner spot open late. Turtle Bay resort is a gorgeous location. The staff was super friendly. We ordered several apps and a few drinks. It hit the spot. There was also live music. Definitely A+! Pricey but a fun experience read more

Off the Lip is the new bar/lounge area at Turtle Bay resort. This was the perfect place to end the night after snorkeling all day. The view is SPECTACULAR and they have live music every night at 7pm. I definitely recommend the charcuterie platter which included pickled cauliflower and cornichons, soft and hard cheeses (huge piece of Brie), delicious raspberry jam and prosciutto (around $24.) We also ordered hummus which came with fresh, warm pita bread (around $16) and a glass of wine is around $18 - $21. Giving 4 stars because the first night we were there, the server we had was not great (the second and third night, the female servers were excellent.) read more
