B & B selected because their stickers were on the old equipment. I am now replacing HVAC (Furnace, AC, Water Heater) because no forced air is reaching any room. Building warms up only because heat rises and there are ceiling fans everywhere. Spending $12K to upgrade, but not through B & B. Also had B & B install one new gas line and move another. Installer never returned for city inspection. Work was signed off on by city but I never heard from them again except to get a bill for $950.
