Easy to work with, knows his stuff, and he's taken care of me on multiple occasions. Most recently I came to get my trucks windows tinted, and everything came out great. The appointment time was spot on as well as the turn around time. The tint came out looking great, and he answered any questions I had prior to dropping it off. He even added a windshield brow for me. I went with a ceramic tint which I believe was their 2nd best package. Katzkins scheduled my install at Andrizo Trucktoyz…read more This was mid October , 2025. 1) When I dropped off my truck, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. 2) They messed up the spring in my rear cup holer and left it like that without mentioning it to me. I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling. A couple of days later I received an invoice for $500, it stated that it was past due!!! I never received any stereo, any product or any kind of service from this company but they were trying to bill me for $500!!!

Took truck here in October/November of 2025. I was having issues with speakers/head unit. Guy…read moretold me the issue was head unit and rear speakers were bad so I bought a new head unit from them. After install it ended up being "bad" rear speakers which was causing the error in my head unit. I finally got around to installing new speakers today(7/1/2026) just to find out that the speakers are fine, the wires were disconnected so I hooked back up and did channel testing with RCAS after no results. Ended up being bad RCA so I paid for a new head unit and install for no reason just to tell me something else was bad that was perfectly fine and the real issue was not even checked out as a possible cause. Avoid at all costs if you want a professional diagnostic or result for anything vehicle related.

Reading the review from the other place on Google was horrific. Meth heads, gun pulling installers, and just plain harassment! THANK GOODNESS THIS PLACE CAR TOYS WAS NOT THAT AT ALL. I scheduled with Best Buy and the installers there quoted $300 out the door and they admitted they weren't too familiar with my car and recommended a place next to Home Depot. We looked it up and sure enough it was Car Toys. I walked in around 4 pm and Kat greeted me right away, she wandered off to help another customer and gave me some space to figure out what I wanted to ask and when I was ready I was able to get service right away. They looked up my vehicle, and the system said that they were able to install with my original keys for $400+ I went with that since I figured I didn't want to get another set of fobs. Payment was easy and she took my keys quoted 2.5 hours and got started. I opted to wait since I didn't really want to go anywhere else and it was a good thing since 45 mins passed, the tech comes in and tells me and Kat that the system isn't compatible with my car and I needed to get something with separate fobs. Their instructions were incorrect and after opening up my dash, I already had something there (I bought the car used) that would kill the starter. They didn't charge me extra to disconnect that. I went ahead and picked the least expensive one since I just wanted an autostart and it was about $230 out the door with taxes. They started on that and it became clear that my car would be stubborn. It was supposed to be an easy install but the tech struggled to flash the system and the store closed at 6 pm. What was amazing was that Kat and Tony the sales consultants AND the techs B and another gentleman working another car, stayed the ENTIRE time until the job was done for me knowing I had toddlers at home and couldn't take another day to get it done. So of course I had to order them some pizza for missing out on dinner and family time, so we had ourselves a little pizza party waiting on my car. They finished at 9 pm and took the time to give me instructions, make sure I knew how to use it, and also went over what they did. David the service manager was a transfer from Willowbrook in the past 6 months and was given the task of cleaning the store up since they were having so many issues with customer service with the last team. He's done a phenomenal job but since he's dealing with legacy hold overs from the poor installs and customer service before his team was moved here, the times for install is affected and can be a little slow, as they've fired the people that weren't doing their jobs and have hired new installers. Be patient, they're doing their best to fix what the old store did, and they're doing a phenomenal job in my opinion. I'll definitely use them again for other car accessories and also recommend them to my friends and family!
