You know the old saying that when looking for a service, you should be looking for price, quality,…read moreand speed, but you'll have to choose which two of those qualities are most important to you because one of the three will almost almost be missing. Ascent is the outlier. They were amazing. Their business popped up when I did a ChatGPT search to replace the windshield in my 2020 Toyota RAV4. My windshield is pretty high tech with camera inputs that have to be aligned perfectly so I needed a company with the equipment and skill to get that dialed in perfectly. Ascent was by far the most reasonable on price and had consistently great reviews. I figured that must mean I'd likely have to compromise on speed or quality. Not at all. They had me immediately scheduled for less than a week later and showed up at my door and had the job knocked out in no time. They also found a few drain tubes that were clogged under my cowl and blew those out for me free of charge. Tanner and Kyle are co-owners who are literally third generation windshield installers and have done this since they were young. Instead of continuing to crank out dozens of windshield replacements a day in a shop, they decided they wanted to be able to have more interactions with the customer and have the time to make sure they did the job right. Hearing more about their business I was only more sold on these guys. I personally appreciate and applaud that they've figured out how to create a small business that's efficient and still leaves them time to invest in their families. When I asked if they intended to scale, they emphatically said, "Nope!" They love being able to move at a pace that's sustainable to do the job well and take care of the customers. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.

The Johnstown/milliken area roads have been under construction for so long! I recently purchased a…read moregood quality glass cleaner and found multiple chips. One had a small crack forming. As the seasons change it's imperative to get this all fixed! I was told to put clear scotch tape over each spot to keep any moisture, condensation etc from seeping in. I also appreciate that it's a local small business that gives back to the community.

Hate to write a bad review but I asked for owner to call me, which is who repaired my auto chip…read moreoriginally and I never heard from him. Had chip repaired a few years ago, within a short time frame (a few weeks) I felt it was still spreading, so I had taken the car back, he looked at it and told me it was fine. He further told me if it ever did spread, he would put price I paid toward a new windshield. I called a month ago, someone else answered, didn't get his name. I explained the situation and asked if I could bring it by for them to look at, he basically said no and since it had been a few years then I was just SOL, further that I shouldn't expect a chip repair to last very long and there was no guarantee to begin with. I asked if he could have owner call me, he said he would, but I never heard from him. So bottom line don't expect the repair to last and don't expect them to honor what they say.

Wow. Anchor was exceptional. I called two other auto glass shops to try to get a windshield chip…read morerepaired. One was $100 and the other couldn't figure out a time to schedule me. I called Anchor and was told to come in whenever. I got there ten minutes later and was greeted warmly. The receptionist called a technician immediately who arrived within thirty seconds. My vehicle was taken and completed in under ten minutes. My entire visit to Anchor lasted approximately twelve minutes. It was a clean lobby with comfortable chairs and a pleasant staff. If I have auto glass needs in the future I will not hesitate to go to Anchor and I will recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you! Update 7/5/17-Had trouble with Safelite (Geico's recommendation) so called Anchor. They had me scheduled for the next week through insurance. Windshield was replaced perfectly and done in an hour and a half! I can't say enough good things about Anchor and I won't go anywhere else for auto glass issues.

Let me start by saying the folks here are nothing short of amazing. Every single person I…read moreencountered there was personable and made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. It's crazy the difference between. This business and another collision center that I dealt with a couple weeks prior. Unfortunately my wife and I had both of our cars damaged within weeks of each other. I made the mistake of going with another company even though I had been recommended to JD's. I have since learned my lesson and will never use any other business besides them. I have to admit I am a tough customer and when it came to the idea of having someone repair my 2024 Raptor R scared me. I didn't want some repair that people could look at and tell that something had happened. They out that worry to rest. I was blown away by their level of detail and they even had to order some additional parts because of damage that I couldn't see. They gave me timely updates and even got the truck back to me sooner than expected. The cherry on top was that it came back cleaner than when I dropped it off. I am not just saying they washed the truck (which they did). I am pretty sure they even vacuumed they truck and were able to get dog hair out that even I hadn't been able to get and I keep my truck showroom ready except for the floor mats. That's where they really took it a notch above. They cleaned my floor mats to where they looked brand new. I know that doesn't seem like much but it's the little things like that combined with the big things (exceptional repair) that make this team the best of the best. Thank you to everyone here for taking care of my baby. My wife says I love my truck more than her and while I am not saying that is true, they sure made the playing field pretty even. I was lucky and had insurance pay for all the repairs but if in the future, if I ever have to pay for repairs out of pocket the value they provide would far exceed any cost.
