Then I stayed for the class and let the kids do their thing. BEST decision ever! Jerry is the best. Self-defense classes provide both youth and adults with not only the tools they might need in a physical altercation but also the confidence to make the hard choices when no one is looking. My son, age 7, has been in classes for a year. His focus and grades at school have improved. His belt curriculum challenges daily what is asked of him, respect himself and others, as well as the physical moves. One day, he came home from school upset because he slid into someone on the bus and the boy thought he had hit him. The next day, John sought the child out even though there were no adults around and apologized to him. These are the values he sees demonstrated and taught at Wolf Martial Arts every class. Wolf Martial Arts also is active in our county. Sir Brian hosts Friday night movie or game nights once a month to keep our kids active and engages. The program has been integral in the Tuff Enuf obstacle course that benefits Youth Volunteer Corps. There are upcoming plans for a story time themed fundraiser to help support our local schools.
