After an estimate, and a revisit with the adjuster, I had an appointment to drop off my truck for…read morehail damage repair. The appointment was for 9:00 AM on 09 September 2013. I arrived at 9:05 and the business was closed and locked. I remained in the parking lot until 9:42 waiting for the business to open. I called the owner's cell phone (it's listed on his business card) and left him messages at 9:10, 9:30 and 9:45. The last message was pretty blunt, telling him I left and he needed to call me if he wanted my business. At 11:12, his wife called me from the business phone and told me she was there at 9:25. I told her I left at 9:42 and she proceeded to argue with me about the time. THE APPOINTMENT WAS AT 9:00!!! I hung up on her, and called the owner's cell again, chastising him for not calling me himself. He then called me at 11:33, and complained about my shi**y voicemail messages. He gave an excuse about tearing a ligament this weekend and was at the doctor. That may or may not be true, but I still had an appointment at 9:00 and a phone call would have stopped me from taking two hours of work off. Definitely an unprofessional work environment (they were late opening on the adjuster revisit, too...) and I will take my business elsewhere.
