An appointment window was made for 2 weeks after the template. DH had to follow up to determine when they would be ready. The appointment was made for 8-10 am. When no one showed by 10:30 AM I called DH. They then had to call Wilmington Granite to find out what was going on. They told them that the appointment was missed and they would try to show up the same day between two and 4 o'clock. I ran some errands outside the house and came home at 1:20. Wilmington Granite showed up at 1:30 and weren't even aware that they had an appointment that morning or in the afternoon between two and four. Customer service is everything this day and age, especially when we're all paying a lot more money for the same services. 2 gentlemen showed up, but one performed most of the work and had to keep calling his partner on the cell phone to come help. While cleaning up, they used a Clorox product on my wood cabinets, floor and quartz before I recognized what they were using. I would expect granite and quartz specialists to know these basic elements of the job. The quartz does look nice installed and this is what the 3 stars is for.

Joyce Diggett was the sales manager we dealt with and we found her to be truly personable as well as professional. She was very knowledgeable about the products they had to offer and was very helpful and detailed in meeting our needs. She offered suggestions, but never tried to 'oversell'. The employees who came to dismantle and install were extremely courteous and very respectful in the way they treated us as well as our home. The turnaround time was very efficient. Overall, our experience was very pleasant and we will definitely refer their services to others.

Disappointing Experience…read more I would not recommend this plumbing company based on my experience. I was charged for a significant amount of labor, but the company did not provide a clear explanation of where the hours were spent. I also found the pricing on parts to be significantly higher than expected. Unfortunately, the workmanship was also inefficient, and they had to return to address issues that resulted from mistakes made during the original work. Overall, I was very disappointed with the cost, communication, and quality of service. I would encourage others to get a detailed estimate and compare pricing before hiring this company.

We wanted to match the wood downstairs, and they took the time to find the exact match from the manufacturer, which no other company (Home Depot, Lowes, or local companies) could do. The communication was great prior to the install. The guys who did the install work were wonderful. At the end, we had one very small mishap where there was a misunderstanding about the work they were going to do, and the team hopped right in and fixed it without charging us extra. It was a great experience. The one thing I would say is that this is not an "outlet", not quite sure why that is in the name-this is not a discount outlet shop. The pricing was fair and the work was excellent but it is not an outlet so do not expect discounted pricing. But for us, the quality was important and we were not looking for cheap, so glad that we chose this company.

Hired post Hurricane Florence- wanted an established local company to do roof and fascia damaged…read more Numerous issues after they got the deposit. One - their two week estimate to start job went to 4 weeks. They show up one day unannounced. They "complete" the job in one day but leave parts undone and didn't notice they left trash stacked on the side of the roof. They left it that way for over a week or more- texts and phone calls went unresolved. Horrible communication internally between Dave (owner) and work crew. Office staff screwed up the invoice. Workers tear off fascia then only to knock on my door realizing they can't even match it?!? I can just keep going.... Hope to god what they did isn't as unprofessional as the work on the roof-I worry the roofing done was rushed. Facebook name is an alter ego- but the company will know who this review is I think or maybe I'm just one of many post Florence customers disappointed in their rush for cash.

He also mentioned 2 other things they can do bit were very expensive, replace the entire lawn or come and apply sand over the entire lawn which is costly also. Ben was responsive, fair priced and more importantly-he and his crew showed up and worked diligently on our stone installation. They completed all the work in one day, and did not do it piecemeal-where we had piles of supplies or equipment lying around. While my initial call was to locate a new landscaping firm to take over our HOA property, he also informed me from the start, that he was not taking on new mowing clients for this season because he had all of the slots filled. However, he did say that they would have time to get some projects completed. We have other projects that we will definitely be considering Sea Grass to complete for us.
