Pete was wonderfully informative and after talking for about 45 minutes we left bringing a few of his recommended selections home. He came out to measure and provide an estimate and we came up with the perfect floor for us. Pete and his team were truly the most efficient, polite, respectful and hard-working young men we have had the pleasure of knowing. Do NOT use for painting kitchen cabinets. Horrible experience, poor quality. It's been less than a…read moreyear and nearly every cabinet and drawer has paint chipping off. We experienced the chipping immediately. The painter did not sand or prime our cabinets. The painter claimed the one coat paint/primer would work. It didn't. At first, Indigo Bloom was responsive and sent their contract painter back out. The painter recommended we buy knob plates to protect against nicks and chips. Not a reasonable solution to paint chipping off drawers and doors not near the knobs. After complaining further, Indigo Bloom sent the painter a second time to remove all our doors and added a stronger sealer. We were told our cabinets would now be protected from normal wear and tear. 11 months later the paint keeps chipping off.
