I was super stressed not knowing what I would do with everything or where I would store it. Thankfully, I found Canyon Estate Sales and asked them to help me sell the items in that were in my home that I had no storage place for. The owner of the company Nick, and his whole staff were absolutely amazing! They took care of everything from staging to selling to cleaning up. They made this difficult process for me very easy. It was a heavy load that was lifted off of my shoulders. I would highly recommend Canyon Estate Sales for anyone in need of selling their estate items and are looking for people that are trustworthy.

His staff was friendly and they definitely went above and beyond setting up my families home in a very short timeline. This was my first experience having to deal with managing an estate and I put my full trust in this company. My families home came with its own set up of issues, and Nick and his awesome team members definitely had their hands full but were able to navigate through it. ( Thanks guys!!) I got quotes from a couple different local estate companies and Canyon Estate was the most expensive for their services in comparison to other companies ( they received 55% and we got 45%) and they did charge us $1500 to stage and prep the house, but it was worth it to me since I was living out of state and they arranged everything for us from start to finish. I arrived about an hour before the estate sale ended and there were cars lined up and down the streets and the house was packed with people. We opted out of the final junk removal service since we wanted to save some money. Overall it was great experience during a stressful experience.

Unprofessional and Untrustworthy - Would Not Recommend…read more Our experience with BV Estate Sale was extremely disappointing and upsetting. Their team was unprofessional throughout the process and misrepresented many of the items that were supposed to be sold. Despite the majority of the estate being completely cleared out, the amount of money we received was shockingly low and does not align with what was taken. We have extensive photos and videos of everything that was listed and present in the home, and based on that documentation, the payout we received simply does not add up. This raises serious concerns about how the sale was handled. To make matters worse, BV Estate Sale failed to return the key to the property, which is completely unacceptable and added another layer of stress to an already difficult situation. Going through the loss of a parent is hard enough without having to question the integrity of the company you trusted to handle an estate sale. The entire experience felt suspicious, and I feel betrayed and deeply discouraged. I would not recommend BV Estate Sale to anyone dealing with a loss or any type of estate sale.

As such, I've been to more than my fair share of estate sales over the years... no, over the DECADES. In all my time perusing estate sales, I feel saying that I've seen it all only scratches the surface! I've experienced firsthand sellers who were good at helping clients move estate items on to new homes, and I've had to deal with plenty of sellers that are positively unscrupulous and only out for lining their own pockets beyond the contract they agreed to with their client. Be very very careful when seeking out and hiring an estate sale company to do the hard work of selling your cherished estate after loved ones have passed. Believe you me, most estate sales folks fall into the latter group and those that SEEM to put up the most high end of events with lines and sign up lists and all that? They tend to be the very worst thieves of all! So why am I starting with all this so early in my review of BLAST ESTATE SALES? Well because they are the crème de la crème, nicest of the nice, and the most honest resellers in the game. Hands down! This small company consists of a married couple, "Nikki & Jeff," who work tirelessly and compliment one another perfectly! I've been to a dozen or so estate sales run by the lovely Nikki and her partner in life as well as business, Jeff, and those sales? Are indeed "a blast!" They truly are fun, with refreshments and cookies at the last one I attended. Each sale I've been to was well prepared by these two for a smooth and fun sale day that seems to garner good money and sales for the client while moving cherished items on to new owners, all of which were leaving with their purchases and a big smile. It's rare to find an estate sales company that understands the delicate and all important RELATIONSHIP between buyer and seller and Nikki and Jeff do right by all parties involved. That is why so many dealers and collectors alike follow them religiously and go to all their sales events... truly. Nikki and Jeff deserve your business if you find yourself with a home that needs to be cleared out and if you're just another collector like me, I recommend you follow them carefully and go to some of their sales for deals. Without hesitation, I give Nikki & Jeff's BLAST ESTATE SALES my highest recommendation. (5/5 stars) PS If you have vintage and sealed bottles of liquor, especially Whiskey, Scotch, Rye, Spirits and Wine, by all means contact me directly as it's illegal for estate sales to sell them. Thank you

Rude, unprofessional and I could not believe my eyes and ears. Talk about the first impression, she failed!!! After we introduced ourselves along with our friend that owned the home, she continued to give us the look of distain. As a former estate sale manager of a well known franchise, I have NEVER witnessed a more unprofessional rude person as Nathalie. There was a pool in the backyard and I started to give a suggestion to her and she stopped me abruptly and asked if I was the advocate to my friend. My other friend that was also there was astonished at Nathalie's behavior. It was only when my other friend started a conversation with Nathalie regarding seeing if she knew some mutual friends. When Nathalie discovered she knew some of her friends, she toned down her demeanor When my friend, the owner of the home asked Nathalie to give her a courtesy text as to when she would be coming to the home, and Nathalie said no, she would not. My jaw was still on the floor as to watching Nathalie's interaction with us. I asked her how long she has been doing estate sales and she told me a few years. Her set up looked sloppy and she said it would take her three weeks to prepare this home. She also stated that her crew would be coming to start and from what I saw, there were only a few people helping. Nathalie also starting talking about her personal issues that has happened to her in the past. She also mentioned that her crew sometimes eat food in the clients home and that she would replace it which I thought was very tacky. My friend who lived there decided to leave the home mostly due to the rudeness of Nathalie and it was like she wanted total control of the process. If you need an estate sale company STEER CLEAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. She lied and tried to act like she was our friend when she divulged information that we had told her. Rude, Rude, Rude person.

From the…read morevery beginning, they made a great impression and instilled confidence that we were in great hands. They were encouraging and optimistic about the pending estate sale event. Yet, what they delivered far exceeded our expectations in every way you could possibly imagine. Tracy and Jen ran an extremely effective, efficient and profitable sale for my mother's estate. Despite some challenges with the weather, the event was an amazing success, thanks to their level of organization and resourcefulness. Throughout the entire process, from the pre-marketing, itemizing and cataloging of items online, to their ground-level marketing efforts, they were on it from day one. They worked tirelessly before, during and after to ensure a smooth estate sale with gross revenues that we were extremely pleased with. Yet as impressive as the results were, the most meaningful thing about our experience with True Integrtiy Sales was not the event itself. Rather, it was the sincerity, courtesy, professionalism, and promptness of Tracy and Jen. They were extremely considerate to the sensitive nature of selling our beloved mother's furniture, household items and belongings. It was clear from the beginning, they put our needs and peace of mind, above anything else (even their own interests; I am not embellishing or exaggerating that in the slightest). They also took exceptionally great care of the house. They staged the house in a very professional way that resulted in a highly organized event. Afterward, they tidied up the house to a condition even cleaner than it was before. They also assisted in the disposal of items that did not sell, communicating with their contacts and others within their network community to find a home for the remaining large items. Throughout the entire process, they were always available and very responsive. When everything was said and done, they provided us a detailed report of the estate sale, breaking down the sales by category, as well as an executive summary of the entire process. Given the various stages of caring for our mother, from helping her in her final days to settling her affairs on her passing, we could not have encountered nicer people than Tracy and Jen to complete our journey. They took a genuine interest in our mother's legacy in such a thoughtful and caring way. They were truly heaven sent and we will be forever grateful. I don't think I've ever had a more pleasant experience working with a service than I did with True Integrtiy Sales. Of all the positive reviews I have ever given in my life, True Integrity Sales is equivocally at the top. My family and I cannot endorse them highly enough. Sincerely, Richard Moon and the Moon Family
