That is, until today. I've spent so much money here that I could probably claim it on my tax return, but after today's experience, I felt incredibly disrespected and unimportant. I was shopping for a client who had a specific price range in mind, and I explained this to the gentleman helping me, who referred to himself as "Big Back" since he didn't want to share his name. He was patient as I worked through the details with my client over the phone, and while I appreciated his efforts to offer me discounts, I found his approach uncomfortable. When I asked for the price of each bundle, he seemed to pull numbers from the guide without any clear consistency. I never ask for discounts, and I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I didn't expect this. After he gave me the prices, I shared them with my client, but she decided on a different style. I thanked him for his patience and moved to the counter to ask another question. At that point, four men were standing right in front of me. I politely asked if I could see one of the packs, but instead of engaging, they just stared at me and continued their conversation, completely ignoring me. I've never experienced anything like this, and it left me feeling awful. I spend a lot of money at this store, and to be treated that way is unacceptable. Because of today's treatment, I won't be returning.

I immediately contacted the company via direct message on instagram AND via email but never received a response. I called the numbers provided on the website MULTIPLE TIMES and was told MULTIPLE TIMES "the manager isn't here and would call me back." He NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I finally spoke to his disrespectful a** today and he was rude and no help so unfortunately I will have to contact my bank, contact the BBB, write reviews and report them!!! I wouldn't shop with this company!
