I live about an hour away and had never heard of them, so I was slightly apprehensive after some meh experiences ordering from stores who have a large online presence. Nola Boo had a vast selection of what I was looking for, and I even found a cute summer dress before checking out. Prices were super, the items were quickly confirmed, and it was just about a day later that they were in the mail. They arrived a couple of days after that, and they are both perfect. I can't say much about the return policy because I am keeping these items. I will certainly add a visit to my itinerary the next time I am shopping around Metairie!

They had a great report with their regulars--even with the FedEx delivery guy! When I was at the check out counter for my first transaction, the manager noticed that I had my eye on the fragrances. The racks were tidy and it was easy to find my size. I returned the next day to exchange a sundress for some shorts I had my eye on the previous day. The clerks were professional and helpful, and our transaction went well. You have to love Rainbow because they have all kinds of inexpensive outfits. There were several pieces posted on the instagram as well well as Etsy shop that ai was interested in. The worker for one was very dismissive and acted like I couldn't have been wasting their time more. They told me some of the stuff was in the back and that they weren't sure if they were still available. They then got a call from the actual store owner Claudia who I asked if she knew where these items were. I described the garments as listed and was then put on the phone with her. She was also quite disrespectful and had me on the phone with her for 5 minutes talking in circles on why she wasn't sure of her own inventory. I will not be back, I have unfollowed the account on instagram, and I left upset and feeling heavily disrespected. I am a queer man by the way.
