Was told that he'd open it up and take a look, if he couldn't fix it he give it back no charge. After receiving a call that he couldn't fix it I went to pick it up. The face was all scratched up and it appears that he tried to glue the 3 back in place. The crown is also stuck in. He clearly took the watch apart and ruined the movement. When I brought this up to him he denies having ever touched the watch and claims that it broke itself. He also told me that I bought the Movado so I should have never brought it to him in the first place, I should have paid to send it back to Movado. Perhaps he's right about that, because he clearly has no idea what he's doing, and is lying about completely destroying my watch. This man is a scammer. Never take anything to him. A bunch of people I know are also sharing their horror stories with me about this man's terrible business.

The staff here listened to what I wanted, made a few suggestions based on my answers, and helped me design exactly what I wanted. The overall experience was so wonderful and professional and I could tell that the staff were focused on getting the ring right instead of just getting something sold.
