Trailer did stay the extra 15 minutes at the end, but by then parents were already arriving to pick up their children, so they technically got an hour and half of play instead of the 2 hours. During going over the rules we found out none of the kids could use the VR set as they had to be 13 years old and the operator said it was "clearly stated". It was definitely not clearly stated when booking or even on confirmation email. I scoured the website in case I missed something and could find nothing on age limits for VR. Kids were upset as they were looking forward to it. The kids ended up enjoying playing the games with their friends. The young man working with his Dad was great, helped the kids out quite a bit when they were having issues. It was upsetting as a customer not getting exactly what you thought you were paying nearly $400 for. All in all it was an ok experience, not horrible but definitely could have been better.

Furthermore, while most florists just stick to the flowers, Bill was happy to take part in the entire design process, and came up with fabulous ideas that brought our event from beautiful to beautiful, amazing, and impressive. Lastly, Bill is an absolute pleasure to work with - definitely the most fun vendor we encountered. We feel so lucky to have worked with him. We had a great experience with Ebony and Children at Play Event Childcare. We were in Detroit for…read morea wedding and needed child care for six rambunctious kids ranging from 1 1/2 to 4 1/2 years old. We were able to book CAPEC months in advance, which gave us the peace of mind to book the trip knowing that we had reliable child care in place for the night of the wedding. The reservation process was smooth and easy. I spoke to Ebony by phone and she explained her services and confirmed that she could accommodate the size of our group. Once we decided to book CAPEC, we received a link to fill out all the necessary information online (i.e. allergy information and emergency contacts for each child). We then received a written agreement laying out all the terms and information we needed to plan ahead. Given that we had a large group of six kids, Ebony brought a second staff member, Yolaunda. The two of them came very well prepared with plenty of toys and activities for the kids to play with. As soon as they arrived at the hotel they had the kids engaged with bubbles, balloons, and musical instruments. They also did a great job of comforting/distracting the kids so that the parents could slip out without causing a meltdown. Throughout the evening Ebony texted us updates and pictures of the kids playing and enjoying themselves, which was very reassuring and put our minds at ease so we could enjoy the wedding festivities. When we got back to the hotel at midnight all of the kids were fast asleep. The next morning the kids told us how much fun they had with Ebony and Yolaunda, which is really the best feedback you can get. Thank you Ebony, Yolaunda and Children At Play Event Childcare! We can't thank you enough.

I've had the pleasure of attending 2 weddings with a Pop-Up Studio and it kept me and my friends entertained all night. I missed the ceremony, cake-cutting, first dance and Cha-Cha Slide but I'd do it all over again in a second...I was simply having too much fun at the 'Studio. Dave, the photographer, has a big screen which shows you your pictures in real-time, so you can make sure you're looking on-point (or off-point, if that's your shtick). The lighting is always great, picture quality fantastic, and he takes great pictures of the bride/groom too. If you're in or near the Detroit area, you gotta go with PUS. And if you're not, fuel up the G5 and get them there anyway! You won't regret it.
