Two things to be aware of: when they dropped off the items they told my mom where they recommended the dance floor and then put it on a steep hill so it was undanceable, my uncle had to come over to put plywood underneath so no one would fall. We called PPR and they were unable to do anything. The second thing is they offer "100 person" packages where ten people are supposed to sit at a tiny table- the chair sides hit each other when they are placed at the table. You have to order extra tables. I sent them an email a week ago thanking them for the excellent customer service and voicing my concerns- no one has responded. Very disappointed. My wedding was still great though- just be careful about these two things

However, I had a TERRIBLE experience with this business today after doing nothing wrong and I feel that I could probably help some fellow brides avoid a similar situation by explaining what happened to me here. I contacted EEG two days ago about renting a drapery backdrop for my wedding in two months. I fully intended on renting from them because they have done events at my venue before, and I am in a hurry. Someone replied to me very quickly and we set up an appointment for today. My last e-mail sent two days ago read: "Perfect! See you then!" This morning, I had a dress-fitting appointment. EEG sent me an e-mail to confirm my afternoon appointment while I was at my dress fitting, so I did not see it. When I got out of my dress fitting appointment, I called EEG to see if it was possible for them to see me early because I was ahead of schedule and close by. The woman on the phone informed me that no, they could not see me early (that's not a problem), and also that my appointment had been cancelled because I had not responded to the confirmation e-mail sent three hours prior. They booked another appointment in place of mine. My mom drove in from out of town to come with me to the appointment. I was very disappointed and when I expressed my disappointment (in other words, I WAS PISSED!), they offered me an evening appointment and proceeded to say "We aren't going to argue with you. Do you want to come in or not?" I said no thank you. This business had no reason to believe that I wouldn't show up to my appointment. My guess is that they got an opportunity to make more money off another client and so they disregarded my business. I am so disgusted and I have never experienced such terrible customer service. I'm sure their linens are beautiful but this business needs to learn that personality is everything when it comes to running a successful business. Very, very disappointed.

My friends & I have been bowling at North Hill this whole season since September. Really like the…read morecenter. The issue is the lanes. Wood lanes are not the problem. The problem is the way the lanes are oiled. Even though they use an oiling machine the programming is messed. Every week the shot has been inconsistent. While bowling in leagues we all averaged between 195 to 215. We dropped out of the league due to the late finishes in the evening. We keep our own averages & everyone has dropped to the 180's. This does not make the experience enjoyable to the average or below average bowler. This should be addressed. Personally I have been around bowling for over 30 years and have never seen such inconsistency.

A few weeks after that we started getting emails from someone else in Donna's office saying that our officiant "Tab" could not attend the rehearsal. We had two choices - change the date or have another officiant show up. ??? We had no idea who Tab was. We had met with and hired Donna. After replying to the email with this info, I heard nothing. That's never a good sign. I ended up calling and speaking with Donna. Turns out she was not going to be in town the weekend of our wedding and HAD FORGOTTEN TO TELL US. What? That's ridiculous! My husband had called and spoken with her a few weeks before to schedule the rehearsal dinner. She assured us that we would love Tab and everything would be okay. I was not happy with this at all and Donna said "If you're getting so upset about this I'd hate to see how you handle the important things in your life!" What???
