Jerry was super to work with, taking my multiple phone calls as the party grew in size and scope. 72 hours before our party, the weather looked questionable....and we didn't want to have gone to the lengths we did to have our party washed out. So, I called Jerry and asked to add a tent rental to our package. Sure thing, he said, no problem. And then offered to take off the delivery charge for the other items bc we had added the tent. (Every little bit helps, and he didn't have to offer.) Thursday morning, the truck was scheduled to arrive after 11 am. At 10, I decided I need 2 additional tablecloths. Again, no problem. The truck arrived as promised, and the guys got our tent up and tables delivered promptly and carefully---the linen tablecloths arrived already pressed and on hangers with plastic covers. Nice touch, much appreciated (who wants to be ironing the day of the party). Pick up was prompt as well. When you're planning a party, it's a job just to manage the details. The business was incredibly responsive and very flexible to my sisters many date changes. My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. You could fit 2 adults and kids in each car and the train came with three cars. Again, I highly recommend calling for a quote and booking them for your next kids party or event!
