We needed a 5 tables and 25 chairs delivered for a Memorial Day grad party we were hosting and were not able to place an order until the Friday before due to a family funeral the same week. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. They got back to me within a day or so of receiving my quote request. They had a great price and throughout the process they were great with communication. They also made it easy to pay the deposit and the balance by emailing me invoices, which I paid online. They handled all the communiation with my venue. I was happy with the quality of the chairs. Of course a few chairs had a knick/scratch in them, but these are rental chairs...you have to expect that. Seat cushions were comfortable. We paid $600 in full for an event space in late December for an event scheduled in May. Within days…read moreof booking, we realized the space would not safely or comfortably accommodate our guest count and asked about cancellation/refund policy. At no point before payment were we told the booking was non-refundable, and no contract was signed. Only after we asked about canceling were we told there was a strict no-refund policy. A reasonable alternative -- even a partial refund or a credit -- could have been offered, despite the event being months away and the date easily rebookable. Communication then became defensive and dismissive, leaving us no choice but to dispute the charge. This experience felt inflexible and transactional rather than professional or solution-oriented. If you book here, get all cancellation and refund terms clearly in writing before paying, and understand that no accommodation may be offered even with significant notice. I'm throughly disappointed because we truly liked the space when we booked.
