It's family owned so the dad, mom & daughter showed up in their pickup truck and got to work. They are clearly used to working together because they had things set up in a jif. They kept me informed via text when they would be arriving. I asked for lights since it was going to be a night activity and they provided large globe lights that lit up the tent with a great look. Everyone oohed and ahhed when I plugged them in. The tables & chairs were clean and their prices were reasonable. I'd use them again if I need a tent or other items.

I was easily able to submit my inquiry/request on their website and they responded to me within 24 hours! I had a few changes to make to my order and they were very accommodating. The employees that came out to the venues to set up the balloons wanted to make sure I was happy with the results. Both parties, I received so many compliments. We needed a 5 tables and 25 chairs delivered for a Memorial Day grad party we were hosting and were not able to place an order until the Friday before due to a family funeral the same week. When I couldn't get a person via the phone, I sent an email at 9:15am placing my inquiry/request, explaining my challenge, with the caveat that I would be unable to respond until 11:30 that day. At 10:15am, Kelly sent us a very reasonable estimate and indicated that they could deliver what we needed the next day and pick up on Tuesday. The business was incredibly responsive and very flexible to my sisters many date changes. My poor nephew had a fever the whole week before his birthday, but luckily he broke it and we were able to reschedule for the following day. I think we must've given four schedule changes ay yi yi. But they were patient and kind every step of the way. On the day of, they called to confirm the time and showed up early for setup. Conductor Mike was entertaining and played the part very well. We all felt safe and he ensured that. We got about four rides in one hour and honestly that was perfect for about 10-15 kids - and that includes the adults that got to enjoy it. You could fit 2 adults and kids in each car and the train came with three cars. Again, I highly recommend calling for a quote and booking them for your next kids party or event!
