They were VERY satisfied with this company and still are! I decided to get a quote from several companies. American Roofing gave us an excellent written detailed quote, reasonable price, written guarantee, and efficient work timeline. Today the State Inspector arrived and 'passed' all the work completed. We are all set for whatever weather comes our way! :)) Oscar, the Owner, and his Sales Manager, Jose J. gave us excellent and respectful Customer Service with follow-through on each detail. Don't wait. Give yourself peace of mind and take care of any roofing issues with this Company that backs up their work with great customer service. I took the advice I heard once: "The Time to Fix the Roof is When the Sun is Out." :)

We contacted them through Yelp and received an immediate response to schedule an estimate. I met with Elias, Ezequiel's (the owner) brother for the estimate. Elias was very thorough and knowledgeable about what needed to be repaired and replaced. A day or so later I received the written estimate. We had 4 other companies quote us but RR felt like the right choice. They seemed to be the most realistic about what we needed and up front about how the job would be done, including any on the fly changes/repairs. We were not disappointed. They were great about communication from beginning to end. They took pictures of the work along the way and informed us of additional changes or repairs, which were handled on the spot with no additional charge. There was no guesswork or nickel and diming. They provided quality service and Ezequiel was on the job site throughout. They were respectful of our home, cleaned up after each day, and worked hard to complete in a couple days with permits as well as securing flashing around our HVAC and reinforcing gutters with additional screws. We also asked to have our skylights replaced from an outdated version to a more modern updated skylight. Overall, we give Regal Roofing Solutions 5/5 stars for quality of service and communication. This is the company you need to go with for any roofing projects.

Henry was available within 24 hours so we made an appointment. He arrived when he promised and did a great job. I actually messed up - I thought I had enough shingles on hand, but I didn't. Henry simply said, "no worries" and ran off to get some. When he finished, he asked for less than his estimate (which I refused. A deal's a deal and he deserved the full amount). I recommend Gómez Diaz Roofing with no hesitation. Next time I need work done, Henry will be my first and only call.

Stay Away!!! I can't give less than 1 star or I would!…read more David is quite charming, don't be fooled, his work is suspect. He did my roof in April 2026 and failed to protect the roof adequately during a rainstorm and I sustained nearly $200,000 of damage to the interior of my home. Fortunately, my insurance is paying, but I will be unable to live in my home for 4-6 months. When he finished the roof, I was concerned about the quality of the roof work, so I hired another roofer to inspect Golden Top's work. The new roofer reported about 10 items that were incorrectly done or below industry standard. Armed with this report, I was able to get Golden Top to fix the items. If I hadn't gotten a new roofer to inspect and report, I never would have known how poor the work was. The worst of these was that Golden Top they had roofing nails penetrating through the exterior eaves all around the perimeter of my home. This is a major source of potential moisture damage. David agreed that is was not up to Industry Standards and agreed to repair it and he did. But he did a crappy job, and when I told him I was not satisfied, his comment to me was, "well, we are not painters. If you want to hire a painter to fix it, you can, but I am not paying for it." See photo of my finished eaves below - crappy paint job and left bare unpainted wood. All this and the roof and gutters with guards cost me over $90,000!!!!! You have been warned.

These are very important considerations when investing tens of thousands of dollars on a new roof. New roof installed 4/2016. Leaking significantly now in 2024. I called and the receptionist told me my roof was still under warranty. YAYYYY!!! But then Jonny (owner) called back and said it wasn't, because it's only for 5 years and not transferable. I don't have the original contract in hand yet, but have requested from previous owners, and will verify if this is true or not. Super disappointing when people don't stand behind their work. Furthermore, He refused to come out at all, even to give me an estimate to repair the leak. He ignored all of my calls. As a real estate agent, I will NOT be recommending this company to my clients.
