Great place to score dope if looking to get high. It's all here, bud, fety, tweak. They've got it all in one convient area

Free parking and tons of parking.

Free park and ride, right next to the 5/91 freeways. Easy in and out from the local freeways. Tons of parking. The occasional CHP parked in the lot. 5 minutes from Disneyland and Knotts in Fullerton. I wouldn't leave valuables in the car though. As with any public open parking lots, park in well lit areas and with the crowds. It isn't 100% safe.

Weekend all day passes are $10, but are a little tough to find via the kiosk. I'll know for next time. This trip we bought 2 one way passes each. Fullerton station is convenient and easy to navigate. We were able to find parking in the front lot. But if that's full or you are parking for a longer term there's a parking structure across harbor Blvd. Get your ticket, figure out which track your train is using, there's a bridge for pedestrians to get to the other side from the station if that's where you need to go. Wait for your train and board when it arrives. Commute or travel stress free, leaving the traffic and freeways behind. This was my girlfriend's first time riding the train and she enjoyed it. I've ridden before but this trip reminded me of how enjoyable the train can be. We're planning our next metrolink trip from the Fullerton station next month. I'm looking forward to it and will definitely get the $10 day passes this time to save a few bucks each.

Started off in Palm Springs Airport which leads you to the Fullerton station in downtown Fullerton. From there, the start of the Amtrak to LA. The station itself is decent. You have the ticket counter with a little seating area. Restroom are located there which you would need to show a ticket in order to use it. They don't want people just walking in and about. There's also a cafe right next door. While waiting for your train and grab a snack or something to drink. I had to do that later on the return. There's two side with the stations. You have the screen telling which track to go to depending on where to start and finish. There's a bridge that connects you to the other side for the other track. This connection to downtown was only about half an hour which it's the next stop. So that was nice. The station does get pretty busy with both locals and travelers. You'll see people with suitcases as well as locals going about their business. It's a cool concept and a new way to get around without having to drive and sit in traffic. Only downfall, if there's something wrong with the tracks or system, it could be a major wait. Give yourself extra time incase that happened which it did on the return. A lot of the trains were stuck as there was something wrong with the system. Otherwise, it's fairly decent.

Unfortunately, my recent trip, Fullerton to Burbank, was interrupted by an engine breakdown. I arrived at the Fullerton station 45 minutes before departure time. Train was on time until about 15 minutes before it was to arrive at Fullerton Station due to "traffic." Ten minutes later the announcer said, "engine breakdown. Estimated 1-2 hour delay," Amtrak was to drop me off at Hollywood Burbank Station at 3;38pm Southwest fight to depart @5:55pm. Same day. Amtrak ticket cost: $18 I had a plane to catch at Burbank Airport. If the train was 2 or more hours late I'd miss my flight. So I drove my car home & hired an Uber. Before Uber arrived I received an Amtrak email saying the train was only 37 minutes behind schedule and had resumed service. Uber cost: $107. Lesson Learned: Do Not rely on Amtrak for same day service to the airport. Either travel the day before or drive.

Yelp 2015 Challenge #37…read more OCTA Route 57. Or I guess, it would be the OCTA in general. Why you never on time ): There are no guarantees at all at what time that Bus Route 57 comes. It's within 10-20 minutes of the "posted" time that is on the website. Be very wary that some 57 busses stop in Fullerton before CSUF and some don't go all the way to Fashion Island! Ask the bus driver before entering. The bus runs every 30 minutes and takes you (mostly) from the Southern terminus of Fashion Island-Newport Transportation Center. It goes all the way, following CA SR-57 to the Brea Mall. It uses Jamboree to Bristol and then change paths to go up State College. It passes by South Coast Plaza and other fundertastical places xD. You definitely get a bang for your buck if you choose to spend $2 to go from FI to Brea Mall haha. It just takes up your time. Yeah the low stars are definitely for the time, but it's public transportation in the OC. It's ite. xD The busses that travel this route usually are those double busses that are connected in the middle. So there is space and they know that a lot of people have to take this bus :P If you have time and need to travel along this route, take the bus. $4 both ways ain't too shabby.
