While Jackson did not have availability for the next day, he found a different company to handle our shuttle needs. I was contacted an hour later by the driver to confirm our reservation, and provided a contact number for any customer service needs. The driver arrived 10 minutes early the next day (with free bottled water) and delivered us to LAX promptly. Would highly recommend this company to others and will use in the future.

A few years back a neighbor called me at 10:00 pm and informed me their transportation called and cancelled a van for 8 that was due at 5;00am the next morning... I gave her Vas's information but due to how late it was couldn't guarantee they would answer...not only did they answer but shifted some things around and made room for them.. Payless actually has real car seats and boosters you would buy for your own kids and they were installed TIGHT. Communication was on point, drive was safe, van is roomy.
