Very reasonably priced at $35, and the perfect place to fit in your workouts during vacation. Which is a good thing given how many great restaurants there are here. The gym is cozy but never feels crowded, and it has everything you need. There are free weights, a few machines, and cardio. Upstairs is a studio space for yoga and other classes. There's a bathroom, a sauna, towels and water, as well as television and music. Everything is clean and in good condition, and the owner is super friendly and helpful if you need anything. Definitely worth the few bucks for a week's pass if you want to keep up your workout routine out here on this gem of an island.

I can not speak highly enough about this yoga studio. First off, it is sparkling clean and very inviting. It is also located in a gallery, so if you are in to artwork, local jewelry, etc. there is some additional shopping for you to check out as well. I am always open to trying new classes, and new studios - this one, was one of my favorites of all time. Cena, the owner/instructor was amazingly sweet & kind - her practice both days was great, but very different each day. There were candles, incense, and again - just the atmosphere was awesome. I highly recommend checking out Hatteras Yoga while you are on the island, and I can't wait to come back! Great job Cena, keep up the good work! Ms. Becky Heiter, owner, is fabulous, welcoming, and will help you through any of the classes, and with an inviting spirit for a welcoming center.
