Though, compared to my last visit to a commercial laundry facility, the prices have gone up (50% on top loaders; 150% on dryers, with the drying time dropped some). The biggest problem here, and if the place gets crowed, there is not enough seats. But, over all, a nice and clean place with a nice lady who owns it.

We have a very large family with lots of kids, and this is a place I'm not even concerned about bringing my kids. There is an extremely diverse client base, which is great. And never any riff raff that we've ever had to deal with. On a couple of occasions we've visited to do our entire laundering process, and it's been great. They have multiple size machines, you name the size, they got it. They have nice, clean carts, folding tables, etc. Their restroom on site is maintained properly and clean. In addition, there's a decent restaurant right next to them that you can order food or they will walk it over. They have tables and a television in their front area which is definitely an added plus. We'll always recommend this business.

I tried loading their app and it says my Android phone isn't compatible. I guess I could have used a credit card to pre-load one of their cards, but I see that as an impediment to just coming in to dry my clothes. It looks like their rates increased as well. I called their number as they described for help. 24 hours later and still no response. This location has made it more difficult to do business. I'm going to go elsewhere.

The bathrooms are clean and always stocked. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!! Converted from a old garage, and when compared to most other laundromats" this place is really big. When I arrived at about 08:50, the place already had several customers. Plus, another one walked in behind me (despite the long row of front loaders, the lady used the washer located right next to me). My washer seemed to do the job. But, no soapy water build up occurred. And, the timer was stuck in the starting time of 23 minutes. I believe this place is a bit more expensive than the other location. And, the Dryer cycle is 1 minute less, as well. The open doors, and blowers, made washing comfortable. But, with the Dryer positions, it got sticky pretty quickly. At least here, they have an attendant on duty. Not sure if I'll be back, or not. Especially, and considering, 2 more turns are required to get there.
