In addition to resolving the issues they were called to service, we asked if they could take a look at a very old Jenn Air stove my parents have had forever. The stove would sometime short circuit and create a bit of smoke. Although they are electrical technicians, and not appliance technicians, they were able to look in the power circuit panel and figured out what the issue was; they fixed the stove as well!
