In my case, the work was left incomplete and caused additional problems in the home, including unfinished areas, damage that was not repaired, and issues with electrical work that did not pass inspection multiple times. Items returned to me were damaged, and several parts of the home were left unsecured or unfinished. Bobby's been excellent each and every time. He approaches each job with your best interests at heart. He's smart and experienced....he can quickly figure out what's wrong and what the root causes are; from there he's able to make good recommendations for making repairs, based on your budget and time horizon. He fixes things well the first time. He's proactive---while he's fixing the immediate problem, he's also on the lookout for issues that are likely to cause future problems.
