Dr Stein did hours of tests and then told me to have surgery in my left eye. However, when I tried to schedule, I could never reach the surgical coordinator. After about 3 months, the office told me they had replaced the surgical coordinator, and to come back to see Dr Stein. I did, and he then repeated the same tests, and billed my insurance again for the same tests. Then, the new surgical coordinator sent me surgical papers. They listed the WRONG EYE for surgery, and the WRONG SURGICAL CENTER. Luckily I caught their mistake or I'd have been scheduled to have the wrong eye operated on! So, then the surgical coordinator sent me corrected surgery papers, which I signed and returned. Dr Stein then called in my pre-surgery meds on time 5 days before the surgery, and I started taking his pre-surgery prescriptions.
