They came out within a day of calling, and were able to schedule the work right away. They showed up on time (actually, a bit early, which was like 7:15 am ...) but did the work quickly and efficiently. Most importantly they fully cleaned up after themselves and respected my property and other plants. The price was totally fair based on the ranges I've gotten through the years.

My husband made an appointment for a consultation with Dean Sutton to come and estimate the…read moretrimming of 1 200 year old oak tree. UNFORTUNATELY, I WAS NOT PRESENT FOR THIS CONSULTATION . We hired Sutton tree service to trim the one Oak that was dead . Then he proceeded to tell my husband that the second oak was dead and that should be cut down too. In my opinion, the second oak is not dead. It's sprouting new growth and I am just completely shocked that they took down a 200 year-old oak tree that was not dead. That was giving me shade for my home and for my beautiful garden, that I've spent years creating!!! The destruction and devastation combined with the emotional distress that I feel on a daily basis since the loss of that beautiful 200 year-old majestic oak. As an arborist, I would've thought that he would have been a little bit more aware of the consequences of destroying that tree right before summer. The protection and SHADE that Tree provided for plants and wildlife has now been destroyed and gone, never to come back, maybe in 200 years. I don't recommend this company if you have trees and landscape that you love and want to protect and preserve call somebody else.

Joe was so easy to work with, and Stephanie was incredibly helpful in getting everything scheduled. Both provided outstanding customer service and made the entire process seamless. It's rare to find a company that combines excellent work with such great customer service, but Vista Del Ray truly delivers. He came to…read moremy home, looked at both my front and back yard, agreed to take on the maintenance, and told me he would start the following Thursday. He also said he would call me on Wednesday with the arrival time. Unfortunately, I never received the promised phone call, and Thursday came and went with no communication and no one showed up. I reached out to ask what happened, but by then I had already been left waiting. Things happen, and schedules can change, but a simple phone call or text would have been the professional thing to do. Ghosting a new customer after committing to a job is disappointing and wasted my time. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company because reliability and communication are important qualities in any service business.
