BEYOND happy with this company's work. My house had gone under some major abuse due to unruly teenagers, resulting in three massive holes in three separate walls. Joe was prompt with replying to texts and getting back to me. I had told him that the holes needed to be fixed ASAP and he had the holes patched up the morning after I called. Curtis did an excellent job repairing my garage drywall. He was very professional and arrived on time. He explained to me that my garage hasn't been painted before, just sprayed texture. So I didn't have to paint it after the drywall repair. The part that Curtis repaired blended in well with the surrounding area. I couldn't tell that it was patched. Oceanside Drywall did an amazing repair job for me after a plumbing leak. The identification and repair of the leak had taken several days and had caused a number of 2 x 3 inch sections of drywall both on visible walls and on walls behind cabinets and even walls behind the stove to be removed. Some were textured and some were smooth. The guys at Oceanside came out a day after I sent them photos and 2 of the worked about half a day replacing and repairing the missing drywall. I was totally amazed when they finished. You could not see where the old drywall and new drywall met whether on the smooth wall or the textured wall! The work was essentially invisible and that is as good as it gets. Their response and pricing were excellent and you can bet that I will remember them if I ever need drywall work again. read more

These guys did a great job on our living room wall that previously had 2 full length mirrors adhered to it. They also turned a black hallway that was a sound proof entrance to a garage studio into paintable hallway that now looks like it is part of the house instead of a funhouse entrance. Joe and Chris patched numerous holes in the family room wall that were from a zillion wall anchors used to support musical equipment and sound proofing panels. The ceiling repair they did was excellent and all the walls were texturized perfectly. I will use them again when we are ready to tackle the other rooms and have recommended them to a realtor friend for her clients to use. Absolutely fantastic experience. We found mold in our wall during a flooring project. Katie answered my call and advised me that with mold they usually send a mold remediation company in to assess first. However, since we were on a tight timeline they offered to come take a look the next morning, since they were in the area for other work. Joe came in, assessed the problem as a minor fix with no major mold damage, and came out the next day to fix. The next day they were early, pleasant, professional and the damage was fixed quickly and wall retextured beautifully. For 6 years we have lived with a mess created by the person who did drywall repair for us when we removed 2 windows and a door, replacing them with an actual wall. You could always see a definite line where the areas had been taped!!! Joe came out, showed up on time to give us an estimate. He was available to do the work, so we proceeded. Chris was incredibly accommodating from start to finish in replacing water-damaged walls and a ceiling in my condo. He quoted by phone from photos, squeezed me into his weekend schedule and even moved some furniture that my tenants failed to get out of the way. Through it all he was courteous and maintained excellent communications. However, whether you hire his firm or another, always pay a little extra to get the entire wall textured rather than just the repaired area since transitions mid-wall are almost impossible to hide completely. read more

I recently had Oceanside Drywall hand texture a rental property bathroom for me and to some up in two words their performance would be "complete professionals". When I called to get a quote and schedule work I was appreciative of how accommodating they were to my situation (i.e tenant occupied rental property) and needing to get the work done as soon as possible. With a busy schedule they fit my job in and the finished product exceeded my expectations, not to mention the tenant was incredibly happy as well. One of the biggest struggles I often find in working with companies is lack of communication, but these guys were on it ! They scheduled the work showed up right on time and my tenant was appreciative of the respect they showed them and how they would have never known they were there due to leaving behind a clean job site.
