Although I primarily bank at the Little Silver Branch, I do enjoy coming here every once in awhile as it is conveniently located along Route 35 in Shrewsbury. Only down side to this branch is that they still have not installed an ATM Machine in the drive thru lane. You still have to park your car and go inside to have ATM access.

So I headed to chase only to realize that my debit card address is still linked to my parents address rather than my own , CHRISTINE B. ( last Name cut for privacy ) was AMAZING , she truly went above and beyond , I explained the problem and before I even could ask she was willing to help and make it all work - I emailed her my PNC statement and she printed it at CHASE ! I was Amazed by the customer service honestly ! I always loved banking with chase and I'm so loyal to them , because in 10 years I have yet to have a single bad experience wether in branch or via phone . They would not sell me a money order. My daughter needed the money today, but since it is a check they place a hold on it - all but $200. They trust a check up to $200 but not cash! But why does a customer have to be put in the position of correcting incompetent employees. PNC should invest some time in training, wtf, is happening to this country.
