Bad experience over stupid things. Would have understood if it was reasonable. They did give us our fee charges back but we were at the bank for over an hour. Our transaction sheet shows our balance never being in negative only at exactly 0. Other fee must have come from a gas check fee, but makes no sense because the total gas amount came out evenly and did not set the amount negative. The new T.D. is much worst and fee laden in comparison to our old friend Commerce. Can't wait until July, 2010 in which banks can no longer charge any type of debit/credit card fee!

I got into the line to wait on the teller and 2 financial advisors came out of their rooms at different times. They both stared at me but never said welcome or even smiled at me. Only the teller looked at me and said that she will be with me shortly. Don't expect me to go here again. I don't care what services they offer.

I drove an hour to get here, I cashed two checks about 8k worth, I applied 2000 of that to my credit card drawn on Chase Visa. They wouldn't let me use the restroom. They suggested I use the Diners across the street. Thank You Janet Amigh for your customer satisfaction which is bullsh!t. I guess this is why I only cash my checks and won't open up an account with you.

So the people in front of me were helped and I was next in line. The teller with the long blond curly hair looks PAST ME, as a man had just walked in, past where I was standing, and she calls out "I can help you next sir". The man knew I was ahead of him, and he looked at me in disbelief that she had COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. He offered for me to go ahead, but I told him it was ok. It was if I was invisible. I walked out of the bank and did my deposit at the ATM. I don't like B of A anyway, but since the account belongs to my church (I'm treasurer) I had no choice. I was only going to this branch because I had other business in Flemington. I usually go to either the Rocky Hill branch or Hillsborough. Both of those locations are great, but I will NEVER EVER go to the Flemington branch again. IMHO Chase Bank has way better service and better operating hours. I give this teller a "minus 5 star rating".
