Once you are seen by the assistant and they put drops in your eyes, it's another 35 minutes sitting in a hallway not being able to see. They then take you in. At the place I gratefully have switched to, I have never waited more than 3 minutes to be seen. I also found out that the drops to dilate ones eyes work in a few minutes - not over 30 as told that's the time at Gurley's! So happy to have left this practice and so is my husband. It's sad to see lots of elderly people with their caregivers waiting for hours in the waiting room. Seems this org. cares more about $$$ than patients!

All of the patients in that room were all there for the same doctor and waiting over an hour. i Was told the 10 minutes is reasonavle because people are getting different things done.
