Our cabinets were damaged from the day they were delivered and we had horrible service from Natalie. once we spoke to the owner Carol it's seemed like she was going to help us, instead a repair man came out with replacement cabinet that were not up to par and we have been ignored since. We spent over $21,000.00 dollars on cabinets for a rather small kitchen; this was cabinets only and did not even include install. I would hope for better service than this. I still have damaged cabinets with no resolution. I am hoping this review will help us get a return call. R. Newcomb

We had an absolute incredible experience with the Dynamic Group. Our estimate was done on a raw…read moreJanuary day, the owner Steve Melchiorre and his foreman Trevor both came out to talk the job over, they gave us great ideas for our bathroom project. When they left my wife and I were all ready to hire them. Estimates and contracts were a breeze, and before we knew it we were at their showroom in Medford,NJ. We worked with Steve's sister(Amanda) who was a tremendous help with flooring, tile and countertops. We had different experts in throughout the project and every one of them left the job site cleaner than they found it. But I would have to say the best part of the entire project was working with Dynamic's foreman Trevor. We never had to guess when any of the contractors were going to show up, Trevor handled everything and was there to answer any of our ridiculous questions via text message during the project. Trevor was waiting for a contractor to show up at our house, while he was waiting he organized my garage.... no lie!! I would recommend The Dynamic Group to anyone. If anyone would like to speak to me about our experience I would be happy to speak to you. I am @ 609 203-6591. We are already looking forward to our full first floor renovation including the kitchen later this year!!

I would not recommend Vinny and his helper Pasquale at UFC Universal Fiberglass Coatings. They…read morewere unprofessional, rude, hardly showed up when they said they would (except when picking up my deposit check) and they left trash on the job site. I canceled plans several times to be home when they said they would be working on my home and they never showed up. They must have know there would be a problem with the initial fiberglass coat they put on because Vinny told me they would put a second coat on for free. The next day when the fiberglass pain started peeling and bubbling, I contact Vinny and sent him photos of the peeling paint on the deck. He also neglected to add the non-slip component to the paint and the deck was extremely slipper after it dried. I decided to fire Vinny mid-job when he sent me a rude and unprofessional text in response to my complaint about the peeling and bubbling paint. Also, Vinny threw away the existing gutter on my home when he initially said he was only going to use it as a template for a new gutter. After firting Vinny, I hired a very professional and knowledgeable contractor to clean up Vinny's mess and lost the 50% deposit I paid Vinny up front. Do your research before hiring this contractor and ask for references. Their poor workmanship and inability to deal professionally with customer feedback leaves me questioning any positive reviews.
