I had this company install a brand new well by water filter system from the pump in the well to all…read morenew tanks.it was a complete new system. in a couple years later one of the pipes of the new system blew off and I had water gushing into my crawl space. I had taken pictures of where the pipes blew apart to show the guys were the pipe blew just as the friendly thing to do. Right away he got a nasty and defensive trying to make it my fault. His ego couldn't take it so he kept giving us a lecture about how it is not the broken nut that caused the pipes to blow apart. He changed an 8" pipe that had nothing to do with the problem. I kept mentioning the broken nut that holds the pipe together. But his ego would not let him fix the nut. They left after pushing the pipe back together and screwed the same nut to hold the pipes together. In a couple hours it blew apart again. I tried to call them about 6 times and texted them about 7-8 times. Nobody returned my call. That was between Saturday afternoon until until Monday evening that I'm writing this and haven't received a response yet. I am a cancer patient and my daughter and grandson stay with me. We did not have water all weekend. And I told them that. Still no call. I had to hire someone else without an ego problem. I showed him the picture of the broken pipe, he thanked me and went under and fixed it by replacing the broken nut that was holding the pipes together as I told the guy who installed the whole system that refuses to answer all my calls. I hig recommend staying away from this company.

The price for the project was reasonable, once the work was done, I found the price was well worth what was being charged. A date was set to start work, along with an approximate number of days to do the painting. Both start and end times were met. The painters were extremely friendly and cooperative. The painters kept me up to date on their progress. I removed many of the small items from the area, and there were many. The painters took down picture frames and moved all of the furniture, and place things back exactly how they were before. They used top quality paint. My wife and I had a personal problem, I wasn't sure I would be able to get ready by the date we agreed upon. I was told to not worry they would work with me, find a better date. The project was started three days from the agreed date. How refreshing to find a contractor caring more about the customer and not their bottom line. We had a lot of crap in the house and I think it was more than they even realized but they were able to manage it. Once I showed him the picture he immediately put his hand up yelling and said, "Lady there's nothing wrong, you're crazy." Blaming the damage on the reflection of my ceiling fan. I was enraged and began yelling as he quickly excited my home. Now, if it isn't the roof that's fine, he was called into MY home to make an assessment, but the disrespect and attitude were unacceptable! Was it the tone of my skin, the fact I'm a woman and no male was present, the fact he's a business owner/contractor and believes he has no accountability for his work or behavior?
