I am in the west area, family and a pet are with me, so I was looking for a place that is "pet friendly". Since it is one of the first "recommended" places in the area, I call to verify cost and that it is in fact pet friendly. I speak with the receptionist, I explain the amount of adults, children and pets and the length of stay that would be from Wednesday to Saturday, it indicates that the cost for these days would be $300 with ALL included. I call back and ask again in details (since it seems quite "modest") if that cost applied stay, both adults, the minor, the pet and taxes. The receptionist tells me that it is in fact the final price for the stay with every detail previously mentioned (the call was in "speaker" so my mother also heard the price and expressions of the employee at all times) We arrived at reception and the employee begins to change EVERYTHING that she indicated to us by phone, since the stay was going for more than $315, she expressed that at no time she "informed" me that it was $300 that she does not give prices like that to anyone. At the agreement papers of the hotel it says very clearly "no pets allowed" so I ask her and she tells me that it's ok but she would have to charge me $25 extra each night for the pet plus $15 cleaning fee (To be honest if we had to pay $ 400 or more for that "hotel" we would have booked in a more comfortable and more quality hotel) I tell her, that was not what you told me on the phone and she replies that since I did not reserve it at the time we spoke that she I did't have to tell me for the extra fees . What I want to ger across this whole situation is that the employee is insolent, vulgar, and the way she treated us was unacceptable. The way she cat called me deal was always
saying mami/mamita like if it was bad enough with the attitude already." She yelled at me multiple times (I told her to please lower her voice, first because my son 9yrs was there and secondly because if she works "face to face" with the clients that is not the way to treat us and she began to misrepresent things at her convenience to what I then asked to speak with the supervisor and she mocked and indicated that he was not going to bother to talk to me because he wouldn't lose his time with us that he observes everything through the camera, she had the nerve of telling me that she clocked out at 10:00 pm if I wanted to solve it. Bottom line is, both the employee and the supervisor are to blame, this shouldn't have happened!!! because it is not even about the money it is the treatment towards the clients and the lack of supervision in the place. Places like this fail, because of ineffective and uneducated employees.The least the supervisor could do was apologize for the ignorance of her employee.
Estoy en el área del oeste, me acompaña familia y una mascota así que estaba en busca de un lugar que sea "pet friendly". Ya que es de los primeros lugares "recomendados" en el área, llamo para verificar costo y que en efecto sea pet friendly. Hablo con la recepcionista, le explico la cantidad de adultos, menor y mascota y el tiempo de estadía que sería de hoy miércoles a sábado, la misma indica que el costo por dichos días sería de $300 con TODO incluido. Vuelvo y le pregunto (ya que parece bastante "módico") si en ese costo aplicaba estadía, los dos adultos, el menor, la mascota y los taxes. La recepcionista vuelve y me indica que si que ese es el precio final por la estadía (la llamada estaba en "speaker" asi que mi madre también escuchó el precio y expresiones de la empleada en todo momento) Al llegar al lugar, llegamos a recepción y la empleada empieza a cambiar TODO los que nos indicó por teléfono, ya la estadía iba por más de $315, ya que en ningún momento me "informó" que era $300 que ella no da precios. En la clausura del hotel dice bien claro "no pets allowed" así que le pregunto y me dice son $25 extra cada noche por la mascota. (Que para ser honesta si se tenía que pagar casi $400 o más para eso reservábamos en un hotel más cómodo y calidad) Le digo eso no fue lo que me dijiste por teléfono y ella contesta que como no le reservé al momento no tenía porqué decírmelo. A lo que quiero llegar es que la empleada es insolente, vulgar, la forma en que nos trató fue inaceptable. Su trato siempre fue de "mami o mamita". Me gritó en múltiples ocasiones (en las mismas le indiqué que bajara su tono de voz porque si trabaja "face to face" con el cliente esa no es la forma correcta y comenzó a tergiversar las cosas a su conveniencia a lo que entonces le pedí hablar con la supervisora y se burló e indicó que no se iba a molestar en llamarla que ella observa todo por la cámara, hasta llegó al nivel de decirme que la esperará a las 10:00pm que salía del trabajo si quería resolverlo. Obviamente nos fuimos del lugar.
