Honestly, this place was beyond my wildest imagination. I don't even know where to begin... the rooms are absolutely stunning, with delightful fixtures and beautiful details everywhere. The view, oh my God the view... we fell asleep to the beautiful hum of the ocean and watched numerous sunsets. The entire property was well appointed, and you could see they really put love into every single detail. This was literally one of the most beautiful, if not the most beautiful, place to relax, restore, unwind and take it all in. The staff went above and beyond to make our trip spectacular. Wilhem, Elliott and Tony treated us like a family, and we truly can't wait to return. The yoga room was unbelievable, the view, the design, attention to detail was impeccable on the entire property. This will definitively be our home away from home.

This hotel is everything it's touted to be. Elegant and luxurious while listening to the sound of the ocean. From your private plunge pool (which comes standard with every room), or from your second story bedroom under your canopied bed. Check in is simple; checkout is simpler. And everything in between is simply elegant. Both of the restaurants on site were great as well. Again, nothing here is cheap, but the overall experience is so, so, SO good that I found it was worth it.

We wanted our last meal to be a little upscale and decided to give Chateau Rose a try. Wow! We started with sunset cocktails on the veranda, over looking the ocean. Perfect place for that. Then on to a very romantic dinner upstairs, again right over the crashing waves. Dinner was fantastic (carrot/fennel soup, escargot, snapper, and guava cheese cake). Service was spectacular!

Beautiful retreat! The silence and serene setting is priceless. I love the fact the ocean is right at my balcony next to my private plunge pool. The suite has a moroccan feel to it yet it needs a little TLC. Since it's the off season in Rincon right now, the hotel restaurant is unavailable so prepare to drive for breakfast, lunch and dinner at least for 15 minutes. If you're willing to cook, each suite has a small kitchen but it's not stocked so buy a couple of pots, pans and plastic utensils/plates and visit the local grocery store to stock up on goodies. Our stay here has been very nice. It's a great getaway for locals!

Stayed there several years ago, stunning place. Although I expect it has gotten priced out of the reach of mere mortals.

It's no surprise this place has been featured in numerous publications…read more This was our second time and will not be our last. After reading the reviews and seeing how many people said they have stayed at Tres Sirenas multiple times or it was their yearly getaway, we had to try it for ourselves. The vibe/ambiance/environment at Tres Sirenas is exactly what we were looking for. It can change your whole mindset and experience if it is off. We loved going to sleep with the sounds of the ocean right out our door. You are literally right on the water. The sunsets are beautiful and always postcard worthy. The places are very clean. The a/c works well if you need a quick cool down and the beds are very comfortable. I usually move around during the night, but the beds and sheets were so comfortable I didn't move at all and slept through the whole night! I felt incredible the next morning and to top it off, we had a healthy delicious home cooked breakfast (Not some cheap effortless continental breakfast). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The good- being so close the water, breakfast served daily, beds and pillows were pretty comfortable, AC and fans kept the rooms cool, private and away from crowds. The downside - it does NOT look like what is advertizied. The cushions on all the seats and lounge chairs are old and stained and were soaking wet so could barely use them, the pool was dirty and had to request it to be cleaned, the trash was overflowing when we arrived, the ice maker was not working, the in room massage was expensive for what we got, there is no safe passage to the beach, the outdoor furniture is not well maintained, no umbrellas, furniture old and outdated. I would not return unless they did a massive update.

Our New Favorite Place in Rincón…read more We had such an incredible stay at Rincón of the Seas and genuinely did not want to leave. The beach is beautiful, with soft sand, gorgeous water, and stunning views. Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the lobby and gardens are absolutely lovely. The lush plants throughout the property make it feel like you've escaped from the rest of the world. What made the trip especially memorable was the staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely willing to go above and beyond for us. Aaron kept us laughing at the swim-up bar, Gabby gave us great recommendations at breakfast for places to visit and restaurants to try, and Javier made my mom's birthday dinner extra special. Those personal touches made such a difference and made us feel truly taken care of throughout our stay. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and the location is perfect. We also loved the size of the hotel. It has everything you want from a resort, but still feels intimate, relaxed, and personal rather than crowded or overwhelming. It's the kind of place where you can spend the day at the beach or pool, enjoy a drink, wander through the gardens, and actually feel like you're on vacation. We loved every minute of our stay and are already planning to come back next year. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else in Rincón.

Across the street from a bunch of shacks selling all sorts of food 4. Security guard at gate 5. Free parking 6. Good shower, hot and with ample pressure 7. Friendly front desk staff Cons- 1. Security guard at gate as a con too (why is one needed??) 2. Free range chickens everywhere 3. 55 degree rooms that you cannot change (hotel says that it must stay this cold to prevent mold in the rooms) 4. Poor TV choices, no Netflix or anything 5. Parties lasting into the wee hours so forget about sleeping Overall, it's the noise level that was the biggest drawback.

After Maria Review: The Lazy Parrot Inn is a gorgeous, peaceful mountain retreat!…read more If you seek peace, relaxation, cool tropical breezes, both mountain and ocean views then this is the Inn for you! I was super pleased with my two night stay at The Lazy Parrot Inn and can't wait to return! This beautiful family owned and operated hotel surpassed all of my main points when it comes to hotel cleanliness, customer service, noise level, convenience and purpose. I wanted to stay in a Inn that has both access to the beautiful mountains, the beach and the City of Rincon Plaza. The Lazy Parrot Inn is located minutes from the best Surfing beaches of Puerto Rico which are extremely popular on the West Coast. It is also located along Route 413 which is known as the Route to Happiness and folks, it does not disappoint. What is more beautiful is that after a devastating 2017 Hurricane season, the City of Rincon and the West Coast has been on mass overtime ensuring that tourism is quickly recovered in welcoming travelers from all over the world. The Inn which thankfully suffered minimal damage was one of the first Inns to have both power and water. I also learned from my pleasant conversation with the hotel Operations Manager, that the hotel Owners worked tirelessly alongside with the community in recovery efforts and aid. The Owners and staff of this hotel are passionate about being here and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and part of the family, this is what attracts me when it comes to Inns and also ensures the reason for why I will go back. I know that many people are somewhat still reluctant to come to Puerto Rico, but I am being truthful when I say that Rincon has not messed around when it comes to after hurricane recovery and if you decide to visit, it will be worth it. I am certainly pleased and look forward to returning to the Lazy Parrot Inn and also to the City of Rincon, Puerto Rico! What I loved about this hotel: - Clean, clean and I mean it! - I stayed in Room 302 and it was gorgeous, big, clean with an awesome view. All Rooms in the new addition tower have amazing views! - Quiet, peaceful definitely relaxing and as a busy IT Project Manager professional I needed it! - Gorgeous green and vibrant landscaping and vegetation! - Quiet and cozy seating areas throughout the hotel for you to relax and enjoy the Caribbean breezes - Family oriented, family owned, family managed operations team! - Next to an awesome surf shop - Next to an awesome bakery - Punta Mar Bakery - Conveniently located to Marina Tres Palmas Reserve Beach on Route 413 and several beaches! - There is a family owned wood oven Pizza Restaurant on location - Beautiful mountain views along with ocean views - Finally, excellent customer service and did I say clean! - You will catch feels for it. - As an US Citizen you do not need a Passport or Visa. Again, thinking about Puerto Rico, don't' - just do it and come see this gorgeous and resilient island. I have said it and felt it during my stay here if Mother Nature has obviously refused to give up on it why should we! Puerto Rico truly is the Pearl of the Caribbean. Cheers & Peace!

Not sure why as April is shouldering peak season in Puerto Rico. That said, it was nice to have peace and quiet while relaxing in the pool which we had to ourselves for 2 days! On the down side, there was little to no staff. The bar remained closed the entire time. MINUS ONE STAR We did enjoy the Thai restaurant one evening! The food was really delicious. We had the Pad Thai with shrimp, the spicy papaya salad and chicken curry. Highly recommend this place as a lot of locals were in. This was the one time we did see a lot of people. ADD A STAR The room was nice and had a nice enclosed outdoor patio where we could hang out and dry our clothes after a day at the beach. The beds were comfortable although VERY high! ADD ONE STAR The resort grounds were very well maintained and I enjoyed strolling around taking pictures of the property and all the pretty flowers! Definitely a pretty place. Loved the lookout area that also served at the Thai restaurant. ADD ONE STAR No other food was available for breakfast or lunch but they did have a nice coffee station with many choices of flavors syrups and creamers/milks and teas! ADD ONE STAR They also had a game room for the kids to enjoy. There were also many large iguanas roaming the property where our room was. It was fun sitting outside our door watching them climb the trees! Parking was on a very steep hill across from the Inn. Be careful to attend to your rolling suitcases as we almost had one roll down the hill! Haha Overall the Lazy Parrot was a nice place to stay. Just wish they had staffed the bar! As for breakfast and lunch there are 2 excellent places right next door!

Here is why: The Property: The property is unlike any other I have seen in Rincon. The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are SO comfortable. The pool/bar area is such a cool vibe and played amazing music. We had intended on setting out to explore Rincon all weekend but hanging out in the pool was way more enjoyable than anything else we did the entire time. They also have a few different sections with different seating areas - such as the hot tub deck, zen garden and cocktail lounge. It is in an ideal location - we hung out in the pool all day then walked down to the oceanfront bars for sunset. Everything we needed was a short walk away and you feel like you're in the center of everything. The Staff: From the second we arrived to the late check-out on our last day, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. The owner, Carmen, is simply incredible. She helped us snag reservations at an unbelievable dinner (Taste) which ended up being the best meal we had during our 5-week stay in Puerto Rico - she hooked it up!!! On two separate occasions, we were having trouble getting a cab to dinner so Carmen offered to drive us there and pick us up after. She mentioned they are in the process of getting a shuttle service which will be HUGE for guests. But I have never had an owner personally drive her guests - it was unbelievable service and such a personal touch getting to know her so well. She even gave us her number during our stay so we could contact her at any time if we needed anything. The Bar: The bar serves amazing cocktails and we had a great time getting to know the bar tender (Mia!) and all of the staff. They made us fresh, unique cocktails and even a few off-menu creations that we requested. It is also a hot spot for locals. The day after we had our amazing dinner at Taste, we met the chef who was having a drink at the pool bar next to us! The Food: We enjoyed our daily complimentary breakfast here so much! They have incredible omelets and so many keto-friendly and low-card treats! They also have snacks and bottled beverages available for purchase which is a great amenity to have at any hotel. The Fun: We had a great time experiencing some of the fun events that the hotel planned while we were there. Our favorite was the personal salsa lesson we had in the afternoon. The lessons were free for any guests who wanted to learn some moves from a local dance instructor. They also had ladies' night (discounted cocktails) and a few other events. It was such a great way to bring guests together and was one of the best memories of our trip. The Main Takeaway: BOOK THIS HOTEL! You will not be disappointed. We had the most incredible time and we will be coming back very soon! Thank you, Carmen! We love you!!!!!

They knew, but thought it was a nice surprise to come home to and discover for yourself...It was generally difficult to find anyone to help, whoever is manning the front desk has many other things to do... so they have to be tracked down. And even when you eventually do, they have to find another person who might be able to help. Which could take hours (and usually does.) I've literally never had a worse trip. I've stayed at many $10- $4/night hotels, and I'd trade any one of them for this one. (Except the one with bed bugs.) For the price, I thought it would be amazing. But it was only amazingly bad. Last month, I stayed at a Westin for the same exact amount, and had the polar opposite experience. Hands down, this was the worst value for money I've ever experienced.
