Convenient location when heading to the beach they have just about everything from great fresh sandwiches to frozen fishing bait. The lines are never long when you need to run in and pick up something that you need and dont feel like going to a big box store. The fresh food is very good. They are clean and have a great variety of items. The boiled peanuts are delicious and fresh. They have Boars Head meats and the food is reasonably priced. Huge variety of beverages both bottled and canned. They also sell lottery tickets and do Western Union money orders. Must be a safe great place to be because BBPD hangs out inside. read more

Got a call to look at some tree work off Federal in Boynton and skipped out of the house quickly without eating breakfast to meet the owner. Owner calls that he is running late as I'm pulling up to his property so I figured what the hay might as well grab a breakfast sandwich. I know Ocean Mart from a few years back when I did a lot of work in Ocean Ridge over the bridge. They always had good subs and sandwiches, would cash my checks no matter how large and I once even bought a little glass bowl there before there were a million vape shops around. I remembered that the grill is good and the prices are great so I ordered the 2 egg, cheese and ham on a Kaiser roll for $3.29. No salt no pepper no ketchup no hot sauce just a freshly made delicious sandwich. It got me through a busy stretch later where I forgot to each lunch and I didn't really care. I think it can be a stressful and tedious business to watch the place and man the register 100 hrs a week so the fellow one of the owners wasn't so cheery today but who cares they have everything from a good selection of beer, all the snacks, some useful items if your headed to the beach and of course the nice grill. PRICE GOUGING for propane cylinders during HURRICANE DORIAN. The fine proprietor at this location attempted to gouge my wife and I on their last propane cylinder when we were attempting to prepare for Dorian. When asked the price two of the employees went to confer with a third and decided since it was the last cylinder they would increase the price $10. They then proceeded to call my wife a b*tch when she called them out on their attempt to gouge us. None of the employees would provide their names and told my wife to "get the f*ck out of our store b*tch we don't have to sell you sh*t". I promptly filed reports with the gouging hotline as well as informed my attorney and asked that she immediately determine our next course of action to further rake these guys over the coals. Luckily my wife didn't tell me about the disrespectful language until after we left because I assure you I would've likely been in cuffs when I was through with the gentleman that spoke to her in such a manner. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 13 years now and I will never return. I was truly disgusted. This is the single most disrespectful interaction I have ever had with a business establishment and I highly suggest avoiding this place. The price gouging during a state of emergency should be enough to convince you but just imagine a grown man speaking to your 5 foot tall 110 pound wife in such a way. I'll leave it at that before I describe some of the things I'd do to a grown man that spoke to my wife that way on the street. A great place for sandwiches and the people working there are fantastic

I've been coming to ocean food mart for almost three years consistently. Almost every day. Recently, however, things have changed from a nice friendly environment to a hostile one. I bought a few vapes in there and 50% of the time they do not work. When I tried to return the one of them I was told 'well I've never had a problem with them.' Flat out refused to let me exchange it for one that worked. This was the last straw, as they have made my food order wrong a few times and then blamed me. One of the employees in particular is incredibly rude. Often times giving me an attitude and one time he loudly berated a customer for almost 10 minutes in front of everyone. Their food used fo be good and now it's terrible. No feta cheese on the Greek salad, one slice of meat on the subs, chicken sticks I couldn't even eat, salad dressing that tastes like cleaning product, and with high prices despite being hungry or disgusted afterward. Goodbye ocean food mart. You were once my favorite little convenience store. Now you're just a bad memory. read more
