After our first massage we came back a few times and I even sent my patients from work there. BIG MISTAKE! this last time we went we were overcharged and then one of the girls DEMANDED a tip and was not going to let us leave (my wallet was in the car). Then she kept pushing to take a picture of my banking app on my phone as proof that it was sent or something. She was extremely rude and pushy and the person I am assuming is the owners husband was rude too! So let me just say this... 1. A tip is NOT mandatory. TIPS actually stands for- to insure proper service. If a person does not feel like leaving a tip there is probably a good reason. A worker is not entitled to anything besides their pay. Tips are additional benefits for good service. 2. You are in the service/hospitality industry! Treat your customers with a little more respect as they are the ones literally funding your life. 3. Give people more than 30 seconds to get undressed/redressed before knocking on the door a million times. It makes people anxious and feel like they are being rushed. 4. Get someone to work the front (who has the capability to communicate and understand English/other languages competently) and have that be their only job. A receptionist/host type deal. 5. If the concern is getting a tip add the price of it into the base price of the massage as a gratuity and disclose it to the customer. Overall it was a super disappointing and infuriating experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. If I could give back the massage and get my money back I 100% would in an instant but I can tell from the behavior of the owner and staff that isn't going to happen... we WILL NOT be coming back or recommending this business to others anymore. read more

Bought Groupon at $109 for couple massage, but you can call to get the same price or cheaper mentioning the Groupon promotion. Environment - love the smoothing music and decor. Surprisingly never saw this place even I stop by here quite often. My daughter and I used separate rooms instead of couple room for bigger places. The single room is spacious and clean with clean towels and blanket. Services - the lady owner is nice & welcoming! Technicians are professional and caring. I did deep tissue pressure massage while my daughter did hot stone. Both were satisfactory. No one asked or chased for tips. I have $15-20/person as I used a promotional rate. Worth every penny! Went for a massage today after buying a Groupon. I think I only spent about $57 for the Groupon after a promotional sale. The lady at the front desk kept on asking me how much I paid for it and trying to sell me other services. The massage was ok, although kind of uncomfortable sometimes. But I chalk it up to maybe she thought she was doing a deep tissue massage on certain parts of my body. At the end, I gave her a $10 tip. She didn't seem too happy and then told the other massage staff (in Chinese) that I gave her $10. To me, a $10 tip for a $57 massage I paid for is decent. I think the actual Groupon price without the discount would have been $75. I also work in customer service and my bit of advice is, if someone gives you a tip, appreciate it, no matter how little you think it is. It's a tip. It's voluntary. No one has to give you one. Gratitude is a very important part of how to be happier in life. Being ungrateful and dissatisfied all the time is a surefire way of being perpetually miserable in life. I booked a couples massage through Groupon and when we arrived we felt welcomed. There does seem to be a lot of friends or other people that hang out here in the sitting area. The service was not bad, but it wasn't 10/10. The part that makes me not recommend this place is when everything was finished and we came out the lady who provided the service asked how much we paid for everything and that threw me off and then she asked how we would be tipping and continued to inform us that cash was the preferred. She then asked how much we would be tipping. Immediately uncomfortable with that. Once we sent the tip via Venmo you could see she was not pleased with the amount left. This was our go to place as staff did not stand and ask for tips. Today we went and the therapist was distracted, kept getting up and did not do as last time with hot stone and really taking care. After doing about 20min for a 30 min session they stood and asked for tip. We always tip and when we gave them she said too less give more. That was probably one of the most horrible experience with regard to massages. I booked a 45 min massage ($50) which ended up being super painful and aggressive. In the middle of the session the woman who was massaging me told me that she has a stomach problem and that she needed to step out.....Hmmmm. She was gone for good 5-7 minutes, and when she came back , she was in and out of the room, wasting my time and money. What?! never saw anything like that. Horrible customer service. She let me out in 50 minutes, and I thought: good, she made up for the time she was stepping out of the room, but as a grand finale, when I came to the front desk to pay, they charged me for the whole hour ($70) and started demanding a bigger tip! I showed up after a long day of travel and tight muscles. I needed a massage. For $70 I got someone that basically ran their hands all over my body. No real massage of muscles or working out kinks or knots. I kept pointing to sore hamstrings and calves and she rubbed behind my knees? So weird What made it bad was I could tell she was on her phone, yes while she massaged me. At times only one hand Massaging with breaks with no hands for her to be texting on her phone. On my way out she blocked the door with a hand out for a tip. I did not want to tip. I caved as I didn't want an incident and gave her $12. She gave me a hard time as said no $20 or $25...that would be a 30%+ tip. Unreasonable, rude and not warranted. Find a different place to go. read more
